What sign, degree, and house is your Mars in? What planets do you think are affected by your Mars the most, and what planets do you think affect your Mars the most?Furthermore, MEN and Women, do you feel you are attracted to the traits of your Mars or Venus more? When I get home from work, I'll add my experiences. ------------------

Mars in 5° SAgittarius in 12th house, conjunct ASC, Neptune, NN and square Jupiter, semisextile Venus and widely sextile Pluto and exacctly sextile MC.REgarding attraction, I think it depends if it`s backed up elsewhere.
For example I do feel attracted to my Mars-sign (at least recently), but I also feel attracted to my Venus-placements.
Mars is in Sagittarius conjunct Neptune; I also have the ruler of 7th house in Sagittarius. Venus is in Capricorn square pluto; I have the ruler of my 5th house in Capricorn square Pluto, which also is a square between ruler of 5 and house 12 (neptune). So it is all a circle in my case. Mars is in Capricorn - 2°, in the 7th.
Aspects: very large square with my Sun (Aries 12°), conjunct DC, trine Venus, sextile Jupiter, conjunct Neptune, sextile Pluto, trine NN. quote:

I have Mars in cancer in the 10th house conjunct MC. Im self motivated at work and i think i might be succesful because of this placement. I work in collections for a bank and i also have mars conjunct mercury and sun in 10th lol that might explain my career and im probably rhe only person who cares about becoming first every minute of the day i run around getting stats and wanting to know if ive collected the most dollars lol. Mars here i also believe makes me very protective of people i care about im not someone that lets you mess with my friends in fact anyone i know.. The day i had a mars return in 2006 i jumped in front of a gang of guys who tried to stab my uncle i was the only one out of my family who didnt have brains at that moment but went by my cancerian instinct to protect him only to have the knife go straight through my jacket.I also heard that mars in cancer brings on early or premature labour for women or can somehow bring on a quick delivery something like that. But i had this placement i would rather it in gemini or leo. ------------------

My Mars is in 0 degrees Virgo in the 12th house. It is conjunct my Asc 6 degrees, and out of sign conjunct my Saturn 5 degrees.Since my Mars is in the 12th, I have absolutely no idea how to recognize it's influence in any aspect of my life. I do know at times I can be highly analytical but I think that might be my Asc in the 6th degree of Virgo though. I think I am more attracted to women that embody the qualities of my Venus sign (29th degree of Cancer in the 11th house in mutual reception with my 14th degree 2nd house Libra Moon). I can't say that I've been attracted to many Virgo women in my life, wait, heck, I can only think of one. So I def will say that I am more attracted to cancerian type women, not necessarily Cancer women, but women who are nurturing, thoughtful, private, etc. ------------------

My Mars is in Sag in the 6th and loosely conjunct my DSC. It sextiles my Sun, Moon, & Merc and trines my Jupiter (which is also in mutual reception since my Jupiter is in Aries).I guess I am more attracted to Sag guys than Pisces (where my Venus is) guys in theory, but that can be accounted for by my DSC also being in Sag. Though, I more strongly recognize & understand my Venus traits than my Mars traits. This is due to Pluto squaring my Venus right now. I don't recall ever really recognizing my love nature before this transit. Interesting. IP: Logged |

Let's see...My Mars is at 8' Leo in the 9th forming a grand fire trine with my Moon at 7' Aries in the 5th and Uranus 5' Sag/Jupiter 2' Sag in the 1st house. Mars also has a wide orb square to Saturn at 0' Scorpio. Honestly, out of all of my planets that are affected by Mars, I think my Moon is affected by Mars the most, because it gets a double dose of Martian energy, being that it's in Aries and is aspecting Mars closely. I think that this energy manifests itself in a way that makes my enthusiasm for life combine with my emotions in a nurturing way, and it's why I'm so effective at motivating and inspiring people. I find it easy to counsel people with anger problems, because I can intuitively grasp where their anger lies and the cause of it. I am definitely more attracted to men with the traits of my Mars. Though I really only am attracted to earth and water sun signs, I'm finding myself more and more attracted guys that also have lots of fire undertones. While I am dominant when it comes to the affairs of life, I still prefer to be more passive (Virgo Venus 0'), in terms of being pursued by a guy, and since I'm fairly intimidating (all that fire combined with a Scorpio ASC), usually the types who will come after me will be ones with a pretty decent amount of fire to them. ------------------

Mars in Pisces, in my 5th house. Physically, I am not very strong. I love animals and light hearted fun..I am very artistic and that is where I put a lot of my energies. I am horny all the time. That's a result of Mars in the 5th, right? Planets modifying my Mars.. Mars trine Venus:
I get along w/ both sexes very well. I can relate to both. I don't know how to explain the mars trine venus affect on my style of love, sex, and intimacy..but I think it makes me more passionate, going w/ the flow and feel of things, and "balanced" if that makes sense. Others w/ this aspect understand im sure Mars square Mercury, Saturn, Uranus, and Chiron:
I don't know what the hell the cosmos was thinking when it played this sick joke on me, but I'm not amused. I find it literally impossible to put my energy forth into DOING things. I have a hot temper and have a hard time explaining myself when I'm angry. I go temporarily insane. I often feel "stuck". Mars conjunct Jupiter:
I have no idea what this does to me..maybe makes my 5th house interests excessive. I exaggerate a lot. I can be too nice and generous sometimes, where I get screwed over. I act heartless sometimes (ol Cap sun) but i'm actually very generous and accepting of people..I can see past any fault, in anyone. No matter how horrible. But I think that's more Jupiter in Pisces than conjunct Mars. ALSO--I am more attracted to traits of my Venus sign ------------------

--trine Venus Since it's a conj, jupiter probably affects my mars the most. I've read little about that conj though, so I don't recall what astrologers say it's supposed to signify. I think of it as giving me a bit of a daredevil attitude. Oh I just realized something..friends and family used to pay me to perform dares, so I guess you could say I made a career (10th house) out of that conjunction.  It does also seem to give me luck in certain ways. Life in general isn't usually so lucky, but in terms of me taking action (Mars) things usually work out well (Jupiter). Sometimes I can procrastinate and worry (Virgo) too much, but when I finally just go ahead and do something things usually work out much better than I had envisioned. My mars probably most affects my ASC. Although I can be evasive and am not the most open person (Scorpio ASC and a Sun-Neptune conjunction), I deal with mars issues in a straight-forward way and prefer that others do too. I detest passive-aggressive games. The venus trine is pretty wide (about 5.5º). I also have a sun-moon trine with the same sized orb. I think of those two trines as making me comfortable with both masculine and feminine energy. My group of friends has always included both sexes and I've never really understood the battle-of-the-sexes mentality. Sexually I'd say I'm more attracted to my mars sign than my venus sign (Cap). They're both hot though.  I'm, fortunately, sexually attracted to nice guys. I've mentioned on this board before how I would greatly enjoy a phone sex line where the guy lists all the nice things he did for people that day. I'm pretty new to astrology, but I'll bite. Mars in Capricorn 1 degree in First House.
- conjunct Sun and Ascendant
- oppose Moon
- square Midheaven My two big relationships have been with Capricorn men. I'm attracted to stable, earthy, driven men, but because I'm a Sagittarius sun/Gemini moon, I need someone intelligent and knowledgeable. I'm not attracted to people of my Venus sign at all (Scorpio) -- I'm dark enough as it is without having to deal with someone else's neuroses. Despite the data on astrodienst saying my most powerful planet is Venus, Mars packs a punch on my chart. As it is conjunct the NN I feel it is a powerful influence and carries a life lesson about controlling passionate energy. It's in the 3rd house in Aqua.It is at the apex of a T-Square with Venus/Mercury/Ascendant. It is in a Grand Trine with Mars and Uranus. Who likes me? Aquarians. I like them. Ariens, as well, that is a sign I can get along with. So I am going for Mars as the sign that attracts me to people and vice versa. Throughout my life I have had close friends who have suffered from low self-esteem. They describe me as assertive. But I've been called aggressive more than once, mainly by men, and occasionally by women who are trying to get me to do something I don't agree with. My Mars is in Leo, in the same sign as my Sun, Mercury and MC. All of them, except Mercury maybe, fall in my 9th house and YES, I'm definately attracted to Leonine & Saggitarian men. The guys I've been in love with, had usually one or more planets in those signs.And yes, with Venus in Cancer I'm also attracted to cancerian types of men and women. Although, the men sometimes seem a bit "weak" or "oversensitive" in my eyes, but I still like them. ------------------

My mars is in virgo at 7 degrees!!  in the first house, so I notice it quite a lot, in that it makes me very analytical and I'm a worrier type.......also it makes me get things done. I would say I'm attracted to virgo types.....for example famous singer Bryan Adams OMG droool.....who has his venus in virgo but also I notice I like my venus in cancer types more. Hmm, I guess my Moon is affected by Mars most strongly. I can be a little hot tempered sometimes, especially when I feel that someone is taking advantage of me by breaking the rules (then again, my Moon is in Leo ... so I'm not really sure if this is due to Mars). Since both my Mars AND Venus are in Libra in the 7th house, it doesn't really make any difference in my case. Generally speaking, I am most attracted to guys that embody the traits of my Descendant (which is in Virgo). I don't think I've ever been attracted to a Libra guy before. The guys I liked, however, always had some minor Venusian influences in their charts (such as Venus sextile the Ascendant). I am, however, big on good manners, politeness and mutual respect. Mars at 10 Leo, opposing Saturn 15 Aq. The more I learn, the more I believe that's like living like with one foot on the gas and the other on the brake. Mars (like Saturn) squares moon and neptune. There's no real trend on attraction - could be my uranus in virgo in the 7th (or 8th). Current (and the one prior) with scorp suns and libra rising - the one now with an aries moon (the impulsive nature of which I'm not sure I'm liking) and the last an aquarius moon (which may have been the same, just colder). I'm wondering which planet or point I should ask about next.It really is ineresting to see how each planet plays a part in our lives and to also see how diverse and different the same planet can affect us individually. ------------------

I love my Mars in Scorpio!!! (in the 9th house conjunct the MC -square mercury, square ASC).I have loads of energy and focus when doing something I'm passionate about. Otherwise I just would lose interest and missdirect my energies. I can tune well into other peoples mind and other worlds. Can come as very straight-forward, sometimes agressive; and people always tell me I got this dark/mysterious sex appeal. And I always, always, go after what I want - whether a person, a job, etc. When I set a certain objective, do not rest 'till achieving it. Regarding attraction, the man who stands out in a crowd- an aura of mystery/intensity/power and a hard to grasp mind is def my kind.
