Here is her Natal , Solar return and Progressed chart...

Yesterday when it happened she had transit pluto and lilith in 5th. Another one of my friends 3 years ago gave birth to a still born when she had transit pluto in 5th also but it dont remember where lilith was back then....

Full Moon (12th, 8th from 5th) applying to be full at 25 Aqua to square Jupiter (5th)

Transit Pluto in 5th H in first chart jumped out straight away.

I'm very sorry to hear of your friend's loss. Please convey my condolences to her and her family. Here's what I saw in her charts. I hope it's of some assistance.

Natal:

The ruler of the 12th house (sorrow, suffering) is Cancer (home, family) and the Moon (uterus, family) is conjunct Saturn (loss, bereavement) in the 1st. Cancer is also the ruler of the children's 8th house using derivative houses, making the 8th house ruler conjunct Saturn.
The Moon/Saturn conjunction takes a wider opposition from Mars, one of the co-rulers of death and a tight square from Uranus (sudden change)

Neptune is in the 5th house square Sun in Pisces sitting near the 8th house cusp. The Sun is the natural ruler of the 5th house and children.
The ruler of 8th house is in 5th house. The ruler of the natal 8th house is also the ruler if the children's 4th house (end of life) making the ruler of the 4th in the child's 1st house using derivative houses.

Transits:

Transiting Moon near the IC and in fall in Scorpio. IC rules the uterus, family and endings. The Moon crossed natal Uranus earlier in the day.
Transiting Jupiter in the 6th squaring Pluto in the 2nd. Scorpio rules the 4th house cusp.
Transiting Uranus (unexpected change) in the 8th house trining (ease and flow) the IC. Trines are not always positive.
Transiting Neptune in the 7th house squaring the natal MC/IC axis. Neptune dissolves and rules sorrow.
Transiting Pluto in the 5th house trining Chiron in the 9th, whose ruler is Mars. Mars is co-ruler of the 4th house and is opposite the natal Moon/Saturn conjunction.

Progressions:

Progressed Sun (children) is in the natal 8th house opposing Pluto, ruler of the 4th house.
Progressed Asc/Des is squaring natal Neptune in the 5th house, ruler of the 8th house.
The progressed 12th house cusp is now conjuncting the natal Moon/Saturn conjunction in Leo (children).

Transits to Progressions:

Transiting Jupiter hitting the progressed 5th house cusp, squaring both natal and progressed Pluto.
Transiting Uranus in the natal 8th house was squaring the progressed MC/IC axis.
