Male..Shorter than average, very thin/slender build, though lower half of body is slightly larger in proportion to upper half. thick dark hair, green-blue eyes..round shape and w/ a heavy brow, thick brows. proportionate slightly rounded nose, small mouth.

personality is quiet, shy, yet responsive and pleasant. walks quickly and slightly slouches, has a lot of nervous habits (tugging at clothes, tapping fingers, tossing hair, etc).

any guesses?

He is a Pisces sun, Taurus moon. I was thinking Scorp rising too

Of course, Taurus is also fixed, so it might give a similar appearance, but the nervous mannerism you mentioned strikes true with Scorpio. That threads in the know two are alike folder.
