I'm not sure what transits are setting this off and I thought that the effects of transiting Saturn in my 4th opposite Venus have died down or gone away....The direct hit took place back in July 17th....But the upcoming lunar eclipse will hit my North node at 22 Aqua (10th house) and south node at 22 Leo (4th house).

I had a $1200 car transmission repair bill and now I'm looking at a $400 repair bill for the rental car that I was driving - a rock hit the windshield and left a crescent shaped line. This happened last night - and my car is in the shop cause some woman rear ended me back in May so since I have loss of vehicle they gave me a rental.

Rock hitting car was August 12, 2008 at 720 PM in Calgary Alberta.....The Rising was right on my 8th house mars and right now both the moon and Jupiter are sitting on it.
April 3, 1971 9 am same place)

I don't know if I should go to the job bank and find a job ASAP or go to the hospital and check myself in cause I'm way too overloaded with stress.....

I have some seriously bad car karma.

I've blown out 4 transmissions on all 4 cars that I've owned

My first car was a 1967 Mustang. The brakes failed, I slammed it into first gear (automatic trans), the emergency/parking brake failed, and I rear-ended an old junky mini-van. If my brakes had failed 5 minutes earlier, I would've been on the highway and could've ended up in the hospital. About $4,000 in repairs to my car and some guy's mini-van. Then $600 for a transmission several months later (possibly due in part to my 1st gear slam). Sold the car to an old friend who has since restored this classic car beautifully.

My next car was a 1990 Mustang 5.0 GT, and everything fell apart while I owned it. Sway bar replaced, rack-and-pinion replaced, windshield, alternator, battery, EGR valve, TV cable, fuel pump, oil pump, ignition, transmission, and several more items that I can't remember. Sold that car cheap, just to get rid of it.

Two Chevy trucks followed my two Ford Mustangs. Both Chevy's had perpetual pitman and idler arm problems, and of course, I blew both transmissions.

Vehicles are just miserable. Simple as that. They're always regarded as the worst possible investment.

Sounds like you're having a stressful time (I can relate). The most important thing is to deal with your stress, if you honestly feel it's that bad. Eliminate the sources of your stress as much as possible, and treat yourself nicely... meditate, etc. Easier said than done I know, but it's important. Get a job if that will help you, otherwise believe it or not there is a bright side - it's a good thing that you had some money in your savings, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to meet those repair costs at all! You provided for yourself (and the universe provided) when you needed it, and you can get to that place of financial security again in time. So find a job and start repaying any debt, you'll feel better and you can continue to rebuild your bank account once the debt is paid.
