I can't recall which site but I remember seeing forecasts several times in the last week that my living arrangements would change or that I would have problems with someone connected to my home. I know I'm destined to have problems with landlords because of Neptune in the fourth but is there anything triggering it at the moment? They just knocked on my door today like the swat team and reneged on a major agreement. I am considering having a lawyer call them. Is it worth my while to fight them?  IP: Logged |

why wouldnt u do it? I have neptune in 4th and i dont have any problems other than the average things everyone else has. I didnt know neptune in 4th caused those problems. Anyways i wanted to ask a question... Neptune in 4th square ur moon does it cause problems between u and ur mother? Has this part of ur life been affected at all? IP: Logged |

I think the major issue here is the AC-DC axis because it is an ongoing relationship. AC is Stillatlarge, DC is the landlord. If the original signing of the contract time and date is known, then that can be looked at to determine issues but I'll use the natal chart. As for how things exactly how resolve, I don't know, that's an horary question. I can't do horary myself. As for the transits, possessions, values and 2nd house issues are of concern at the moment. It will definitely be on Writesomething's mind until sun, merc, moon moves out of 2nd. More importantly until saturn moves out, because saturn rules the 7th and t-saturn is sitting right on natal pluto (abuse). t-sun also opposed natal saturn. Maybe because natal saturn is in 8th/pisces landlord might appear to be or is deceptive/secretive. 7th house is still important because its about how Stillatlarge relates to one-on-one partners (landlord here and qualities they have). The fact that neptune might retrograde into the 7th might indicate some lack of distrust or (feeling of) wool pulled over the eyes. As mentioned, looking at nep in 4th is interesting. Nep is ruler of 9th - legal contracts. Natal nep was just squ by t-sun, maybe causing some grief. Also t-nep is hovering in the 7th. 7th also to some extent concerns the law and contract to, esp here, one-on-one. PPS 2nd-8th house is very important re house purchasing/property purchasing as it is to do with the exchange of possessions/property for $. The exchange of one's own $ (2nd) to the other (8th). Thanks 23. There was no contract on this issue. They had allowed my ex room-mate to have her own room when her father threw a tantrum. My friend that works there put up a fight for me and said that it wasn't fair to give her her own and not me. That's how I wound up in this situation when they told me I would have it to myself. It's been sooo nice to have the peace and privacy. But enrollment is higher than expected and they are at capacity so now they are trying to reneg. This man has just harassed me since I moved in here and I think the problem is that they thing I will just roll over again. I don't know if I'm coming from a strong place to fight him. I do have SOME legal grounds to threaten him with and I did sue them before over spiders that kept biting me and they refused to exterminate so maybe I have some credibility. I'm also in a protected class. The thing is it's the dorms at the school and they're a bunch of idiots that are over him and I really don't want to be out in the street.But I just wonder if all this about the authority figure could be the judge in the probate case. The other side is really getting impatient to get the show on the road but I have to ask for a stay. I got screwed by my last lawyer and all the other lawyers are telling me to sue him for malpractice. I've found a new lawyer and our chart seems exceptionally good but it's really iffy because no lawyer wants even the appearance of not sticking together with the good ol
boy network among the profession. He was really firm that I should sue this other guy though and his gemini moon clicks with my aqua moon and makes him really easy to talk to. I hope I can trust him. IP: Logged |

Stillatlarge - seems like quite an entangled situation! I really don't know how it will all resolve unfortunately, maybe an horary astrologer might be able to do something for you. I can tell you in electional astrology that the judge is represented by the 10th house and its ruler in an electional chart so if you do sue, look to the time and date of the chart and see the qualities of MC and its ruler. I really don't know what to say about the malpractice. It is tough, lawyers don't want to sue other lawyers because they have to work for them the rest of their life and suing another isn't going to put them in good stead but I definitely understand your frustration, you must feel very annoyed, frustrated, used, angry etc. It's best to get legal advice on this (like with the lawyer that you have), however, the fact that the old lawyer screwed you over, you might have to weigh up whether getting retribution over him is worth maybe more than resolving your property crisis at the moment and whether it complicates or adds too many issues to your property crisis. And its a shame you don't have anything in writing, maybe its not the done thing with dorms, but with all legal transactions, try to get it in writing, esp if they have tenancy forms, use them. Well, I documented it in other ways since they would never put that in writing. It's against their rules like giving my former room-mate her own unit.
Hmmm...I just read the supermarket tabloid horoscopes at Walmart.LOL. One of them said empatically that a long legal battle would soon end and not to worry that I would win. They also said something about family and that I would soon get money. Let's hope they're right this time. I've spent the weekend trying to move all this stuff out when I have much more important things to do and I'm getting more p-ssed by the minute at these people.IP: Logged |

Well, the other shoe just dropped. They took all my summer $ back and now I get almost no living expenses for the entire summer/fall semester. I can't beleive they can get away with this. It's like I'm indentured to this school. I couldn't even go to another school if there WAS time because thanks to them and their lies I owe all my grants and loans to them already. I'll be doing good if I get through this without being tossed out in the street. I'm calling a lawyer tomorrow but I doubt it will do any good. IP: Logged |
