1. Venus conjunct NN in Taurus/12th - I have this conjunction and I think it's important. This is what he is moving towards karmically.

2. Saturn conjunct SN and opposite that Venus. This points to what's holding him back. Saturn can stand for parents or authority figures. He has to learn to be more easy going sexually and enjoy his own body. That Scorpio Saturn might make him too self-critical and self-denying: mainly on a sexual level.

3. Jupiter sits on his MC and is the focal point of the T-square. This stands for his career. For some reason his Career is at odds with both his love life (Venus/NN) and his parents/ or authority figures in general or simply the social rules/norms of the society he lives in (Saturn/SN).

This T-square would be a good place to start.

Next -

4. The Moon/Uranus conjunction in Sagittarius, would have significant bearing on his emotional nature. Travelling would be therapeutical for him. He is not highly committal (maybe completely non-comittal) This Moon is the ruler of his Cancer sign. He likes his freedom.

5. His Sun in Cancer & Asc in Gemini (simply because they are important points in any chart)

6. Maybe have a look at Mercury as well. Mercury is the ruler of his ASC - and thus the chart-ruler. It makes a close square to Pluto, in fixed signs. I'd imagine he can be pig-headed at times.

Other than that - if you had specific questions about him you could look at specific areas. For instance - Romantically you could look at DC and ruler of DC etc..

Saturn retro in 6th house jumped out for me, but also as Coral Frequency said above with the opposition to Venus. I have that, and I must admit, I have been impossible in my younger days.

Just gotta learn to lighten up and enjoy life! Thankfully, I have Moon in Sag and Jupiter in Gemini in 3rd house for a bit of lightheartedness

I think I might go along with your Moon CNJ Uranus suggestion. It's in freedom-loving Sag ~ and I note that there are a couple of itchy inconjuncts involved to stir the pot a little further. Mars and Uranus together is a tense aspect is often someone who will do just what they like, and might do it just to be awkward and annoy everybody.

The conflict of Sun Cancer inconjunct Moon Sagittarius does not seem like a lot of fun.
