Hello out there
Just a simple and quick question: Is anyone born on the 23rd July a Leo or a Cancer? Because depending on the site I check, I get a different answer... maybe is this person a mixture of both signs?!
Plus, if they have a Cancer Moon and Venus, I guess even if they are Leo, they will have many traits from Cancer... right?

technically sun would be on 0 degrees of leo. so leo it is

and with 2 personal planets [moon and venus] the person would surely have at least some cancer traits

It is very confussing for me, because in most of the sites I have checked, they appear as Cancers...

note that even though i put the time of birth as 3 am. sun is on 0' 22 of leo. so techniclly .

use astro.com

If someone is born on a cusp day, their sign depends on the exact time and place of their birth.

Many people think they're a cusp sun sign, when actually they're exactly one or the other...it's only if your sun falls on the cusp between two signs at the exact minute you take your first breath that you're a cusp sun.

So what I thought, that the exact birthtime is needed... I don't know that detail...
I checked at astro.com 23rd July 1979 at 12:00pm, and it says Cancer...
