Hey all, if anyone could give me some insight here I'd appreciate it. I read somewhere that Pluto is direct again from September 8 - so, given that it has been retrograding exactly conjunct my ASC and I feel as though I've been having an AWFUL time lately, can I take heart in the fact that Pluto is now going direct?

Stress from work, relationship and my physical health has been affecting me badly, and although I've been trying to change my emotional habits, along with many other things, it still hasn't been easy.

So is there some good news for me now at least?

If anyone wishes to run a chart, my data is:
26 April 1975, 8.30pm, Dunedin, New Zealand.

Thank you!

I think I can't really add much to the pluto side of things, we've kind of discussed it but I guess the rx isn't nice for you so I guess you feel you are going over issues that you have or have thought that you have completed (ie 12th house issues).

However in terms of your health and "love expression", these are both ruled by your venus. Venus rules your 6th house cusp and love so to speak. At the moment t-sun conj t-saturn is squaring your venus and probably restricting your vitality. Also you have the transiting venus/merc (ruler of your 7th - relationships)/mars (ruler of 5th - romance) conj natal pluto, so there will be deep alterations somehow in your life.

Also ura is undergoing thankfully a separating squ from your venus too, so maybe you had some sort of shock in health and finances recently.

Gem lover,
Pluto has been conjuncting my ascendant as well, and opposing my Sun in Gemini...yeah I have it bad.
I've been having similiar troubles as you. People even see the "darker" aspects in me. As in, they see that two-faced gemini side in me, fickleness. My Saggitarius (AScendant) bluntness.
I'm scared I'm scaring people away.
I even dyed my hair black, AND THIS WAS BEFORE I FOUND OUT MY PLUTONIAN ASPECTS.

Also, your workplace is ruled by 6th so things re venus relate here but your MC is leo so its ruler is sun. As mentioned t-sun is conj t-saturn and n-venus and n-neptune (is work confusing or dissolving?) causing some level of friction. Basically t-sun/t-saturn is forming a grand cross to your t-square of n-nep, mars (5th house ruler, romance), venus and will unfortunately cause stress until saturn in particular gets out the way. By the way, ura rules your IC, so t-ura might have indicated home issues recently. Your n-sun, ruler of MC is actually quincunxing the t-stellium in 11th as well or did recently, that will clear away or maybe has.

belgz - I can understand your freaking out, because I don't like things like that either. The irony is that when these things are caused by stress, it's a vicious cycle - we get stressed out by the symptoms, so the symptoms don't go away and then we get more stressed out. During this transit I've had problems with getting past the stress. But it's worth doing whatever you can to reduce your stress, whenever you can. Meditating, diaphragmatic breathing, rescue remedy, going for walks, cutting out caffeine, it all helps. Good luck!

23, thanks so much for the insights - you really illuminated a few points for me, which is helpful. But yes, in a way there are 12th house issues like anxiety and stress, and a bit of mild depression - so it's not really fun having to revisit those issues. But I guess the mildly depressed feeling might have something to do with the Saturn transits as well.

You are right about my vitality being restricted, that's a really bad one. I'm very tired and it doesn't seem to matter what I do nutrition or lifestyle wise (also I'm not deficient in any vitamins or minerals), but it seems like the main cause is stress.

OH yeah, I had no choice but to notice the Venus/Mercury/Mars transit. When it started, it played out as me losing my temper with Mr Gemini really badly and I thought we were going to break up, especially when I looked at the transits. But since then it seems to be a positive force for changes more than a negative one...

Uranus-Venus, right again. I had a big shock healthwise because I woke up one morning to find that I was dizzy as hell and couldn't walk straight. Also I was getting vertigo (room spinning), and this started to happen every single morning when I sat up in bed. And then when I went to the osteopath to have my regular treatment I reacted extremely badly not even to the TREATMENT but to the PRE-TREATMENT RELAXATION... my sympathetic nervous system was in overdrive. It's all calmed down a lot now, but still. It seemed to come out of nowhere. I guess that's Uranus for you. It was all pretty much stress-related.

As for finances, yes sudden cutbacks and I found that my credit card was way over the limit and it will now be declined until the end of the year.

Definitely also stress and friction based around work. I would say that there is a certain level of confusion, but more accurately I'd call it a 'stressful fuzziness' because of a real lack of effective structure in what I have to work with. There's friction between what I'm expected to do, and what I'm entitled to in terms of time off etc, which is also causing friction in relation to my health.

Home issues, yes. Basically I'm not happy with the situation with our flatmates, they stress us out PLUS it stresses me out that I don't get enough time to myself at home. Uranus transiting my fourth house has been all about not living anywhere for too long, I keep moving on. But at the moment it's just not an ideal living situation and I'm always looking to move on somewhere else. When the flatmates do something irritating I had been trying not to let it annoy me and just let it go - but then Mr Gemini will make a huge issue out of whatever they did and get stressed out, and then he expects me to get stressed out with him. Which is quite pressurising.

So I wonder how long it's going to take Saturn to get out of the way. Not saying that I don't have control over how I react to these situations and that I have to wait for Saturn to go away - but even so, I still have to deal with the energies one way or another.

Thanks for all your insights - you are so good at this!

No probs!

As for saturn transit, depends what orb you give it. It's exact pretty much now in your created grand cross. By the end of the month it will be around 15 deg virgo (at the moment 12 deg) and does not appear that it will go rx this year so that's good. It will definitely be out of the way by November at earliest (around 20 deg virgo).

HOwever it will rx next year and might cause similar symptoms to what you are feeling now but not as intense. It will rx as low as 14 deg in May. http://www.astro.com/swisseph/ae/2000/ae_2009.pdf

At the moment I'm going through t-saturn square n-mars. I got frustrated a few months ago (it wasn't even aspecting then) but I don't feel particularly frustrated at the moment.

I've just looked at your progressed chart. You have prog moon in aqu square your n-sun, that might indicate some emotional conflict until your next birthday. Also your prog sun is in gemini creeping through the 6th house. Over the next few years it will start forming an opposition to your n-neptune. Maybe you might change profession or something, sun does rule your MC. In terms of your love life, you might get a boost with mars progressing through there. Mars rules your 7th. Mercury is progressing rx, mercury is the ruler of your natal DC. Your prog DC is cancer and its ruler is moon. As I said there is maybe some emotional/relationship clash with work.

Ahh, well that's good news that Saturn won't take too much longer to move on.

Wow, great work with my progressed chart! I think I will most likely change profession in some way, the mindset for a change is there, but no specific idea as to what just yet. I'm thinking it will throw itself at me when the time is right. lol

And there is a relationship clash with work. It's really bad at times... I don't know if this shows up in any of the charts, but it's as though Mr Gemini himself is a source of disruption to my work, his life is so unstructured - and while my job allows me to be flexible and I loved that for a long time, it's like Mr Gemini's lack of structure is getting in the way of MY structure when it would be better for me right now if I was more structured in my approach to work. If that makes any sense. Constant interruptions from him, and his keeping me awake until 2am sometimes means that I have to either sleep late the next day OR be incredibly tired, either way my work routine is messed up. It worked in the past, but it's not working for me now. So yes.
