Is it true that men are different from women, astrology wise? Example: If a man and a women have the same aspects in their charts?

I think so, because men and women express themselves differently. In a western society a man may not express his Venus sign the way a woman would, but in other areas of the world a man may portray his Venus blatantly, etc.
