Well a little while ago, I was freaking out because I realized that once Pluto gets to 23 Capricorn, it'll be squaring my Moon which means something bad could happen to my mom. And to top it off, Pluto will be transiting my 8th when it happens :O

Today my mom tells me that she found a lump in her breast and she's going to go to the doctor later this week to see if she needs a biopsy or whatever.

I made a horary chart, and I'm very much a novice at that branch of astrology so I'm asking for input.

The question was: Does my mom have breast cancer?

I didn't know whether to use the 4th or 10th to indicate my mother (I believe she represents the 10th in my own natal chart).

Sorry, I'm rubbish at Horary.

My friend's just finished her treatment for breast cancer. She had a lumpectomy and radio. She's looking well, I except to see her around for a quite a few years yet.

If the biopsy says it's malignant, it's doesn't mean it's the end of the road. Not at all. Plenty of breast cancer survivors are walking around enjoying their lives. I can think of two or three out of the top of my head, living a short walk away.

Professional Horary astrologers don't look use Uranus, Neptune or Pluto. Some people will look at those planets after they read it the traditional way, but you definitely don't start out by looking at Pluto.

I found a lump in my breast in December, the doctors found a second one in the same breast and a third one in the left breast. I had them all biopsied and they are all benign, so don't begin with fear.

If you are really interested in finding out some information about your Mom, get it done professionally, I don't think you will find Horary experts at this site. Someone might prove me wrong, but this is serious stuff and you don't want to end up frightened for no reason.

Another thing to ask yourself: If your worst fear comes true, how will that benefit you? How will it benefit your mother? What would you do with that information?

You don't have to answer those questions for me, answer them for yourself. You may decide not to ask the questions but just allow life to go on one day at a time.

[EDIT] By the way, Pluto won't reach 23 Capricorn for about 12 years, so don't panic.

You can post your chart and question on astro.com Horary forum. They have some very knowledgable people. It might get them a while to get back to you but if they see your serious concern, I am sure, they'll help
