MOO.Do you read your posts through two or three times before pressing 'submit reply'? Do you go back and edit your messages to make them read better? Do you wince when you see old messages thinking you could have expressed yourself so much better? This is Mercury in Taurus in action. Apparently, we need to feel the truth of something before we can commit to it. That is certainly something I can connect to. Read what Happy Dragon says on this thread: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/017950.html Also these are worth checking out for mentions: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/019123.html http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/018172.html I have this placement in the 7th house. Communicating with other people is important to me, and my most significant relationships have featured Sun/Mercury and Mercury/Mercury Trines. Nature seems to recognise this as my sons are included in this number.
Natally my Mercury is Conjunct Saturn, and Trine Pluto. This is sometimes frustrating as I have Gemini Sun and get to wishing I could just get on with things and speed it all up. But as my professional life involves research and information, it is good that thoroughness and being sure of facts is part of my mental make-up. Subconciously I have been drawn into this field of work because it uses those skills. Way back in my days of education, I planned well in advance and paced myself, unlike my good friend at the time who liked to leave everything to the last minute and work under stress. She found she worked better that way. Just not for me, at all. IP: Logged |

Have a look at astro.com and look at the interactive charts - you'll get lots of information there.IP: Logged |

They were working suggestions, designed to prod the bovine mind. As were the links, handed in a trough without need for trudging through the LL archives. quote: i do none of the bove
We can tell. Maybe it is the Arien influence on your chart. Conversely, PeaceAngel may have aspects and planetary factors that make her more particular about such matters. IP: Logged |

Strongly Arien and Geminian people tend not to care much about such details. I'm sure you can spot two or three of them amongst Lindaland regulars. Maybe their minds are going too fast. There is a certain Mercury/Neptune person whose posts take me two or three reads to work out. Often they spark controversy and the person in question has to clarify what they meant. There are a couple of people I think, go on now, break out into two sentences! I'd love to know their Mercury placements. I think it would kill jane to have to write as little as two sentences. Her grammar is always immaculate.

bmSee now - you've got my Aqua Moon all curious as to whom you are referring. Yes, I've noticed that about Jane too. I have to say that as a heavy Aries person I tend to switch off with long posts - but not with Jane. I always enjoy Jane's posts. And yes, always immaculate. I'm more lax. But you - you are as witty as all **** . Very very smart - and funny. I love your comments. You and wheelsofcheese are the wittiest people here - for me. I read your posts and shake my head and wish I was half as clever as you guys. IP: Logged |

bmA challenge! OMG - the pressure is on. This may take some time. It's the controversial and re-explaining that gives it away - but I haven't paid that much attention. Will have to now. IP: Logged |

So I guess that makes me a well-spoken windbag. Meh, I'll take what I can get. I do get a kick out of reading old posts. (PeaceAngel is in love with Ralph Fiennes.) The thread is moving along at a nice rhythm with everyone contributing a reasonable amount. (Oh yeah, she wants to have his babies!) Then I pop on the scene with a verbose introspection that would make Proust proud.

What's this????? BLASPHEMY!!!! Ralph Fiennes. You mean, THE "Rafe" Fiennes? NEVER. NEVER. NEVER. Somewhere on the other side of the planet, meta-4 is sitting on the floor rocking backwards and forwards saying "no, it can't be, it's not true, but, Rafe is mine". Oh dear! IP: Logged |

Hey, at least you have half a chance!!! My Aries Mercury is in the 1st house. Sneakiness - what's that then? I'm too busy walking around with one foot firmly implanted in my mouth - permanently. IP: Logged |

I'm sorry, what did you say? Merc in Sco y'know, distracts me with thoughts of plotting your death. Or sex. Not with you. Not me and you anyway. You and Ralph. That's what works for me. I'm kinky like that. IP: Logged |

janeWhy? What's wrong with me? What is so wrong with my Sun, Mercury, Venus in Aries in the 1st that you don't want me. Damn - that Sun conjunct Ascendant is failing me when you find me resistable. Why won't you turn for me? Sure, I don't look like Angelina Jolie - but still - there's good things here. Well, you know what? I don't care anyway - my Aquarius Moon can switch off - that's fine. And while your Mercury in Scorpio is plotting my death - my Mars in Taurus will be busy doing something about it. But not to worry - Jupiter in Scorpio will let me get away with it. MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (borrowed - okay - stolen - from meta). **that was an evil laugh in case you didn't get it** okay then - i'm done here. Hey - did we hijack this thread? And you want to watch me have sex with Ralph Fiennes? YEW!!!, girlfriend. I need a couple of rohipnols to get into that mood. Maybe I need to dress up as an airline stewardess? IP: Logged |

It's nothing against you. It's just I realized last night that I'm mad with lust for 23, so I'm saving myself for her. Although your Taurus Mars does intrigue me...Your Mars may be forming a grand trine with my Venus and Mars. That's gotta be a Super Romance Love Fest, to use Magi terminology.I've gotta go, but my guilt will bring me back to this thread later to actually give some on-topic info. IP: Logged |

Okay - well, you go off and do your thing - and include 23 (at least you're consistent with the Aussie girls thing) but you know - whatever - me and my Aries have that very short attention span - and well, we like to fall in love quickly - so I'll be moving on too. Where is DD tonight? Her Sagi Sun and all that 1st house is perfect compliment to mine.IP: Logged |

btw janeYou ought to feel guilt - wanting to watch me have sex with Ralph Fiennes. YEW!!!! Really!!! The nightmares that you have confined me to for, who knows how long now. I may need to seek therapy after this. **sounds of sobbing - and someone rocking backwards and forwards in the corner of the room - "can't sleep - bad images inside mind - can't sleep - seeing very bad things"** oh, what have you done!?!?
