Solid, dependable, at times serious but definitely ambitious. Positive or negative side involves looking good for the public, as Capricorn is the normal domain of house 10. Like: wearing the right labels, being at the right parties and mingling with the right people. Positive or neagative, as I say. Mainly postive, I guess.

Big focus on career as its the natural place for Capricorn, so no wonder why you ask.

Hard to say about career without a birth time, but with the Sun in Cap, a top job or boss role is suited. Venus in Sag loves the freedom and travel, while Mars in Aqua wants the independence. doesnt seem like a job where you are behind the scenes, more out in the open, a more positive role, more expressive. Secretary is not ideal.
