How significant is a comparison of natal to progressed chart in synastry?
for ex: A's natal compared to B's progressed , will it give an idea of what B feels about A at this moment?
Will welcome everybody's point of view.

Yes.

According to Westran`s research it might even be the deciding factor to if and when a relationship is going to happen.

Thanks DD and Lara,
I was looking at Westran's articles on the net. One of the charts that I was studying( not westran's, just two people) they had their AC/DC in conjunction (if an orb of 5 degrees is acceptable) in A's prog vs B'natal. and in B's prog vs A's natal they had sun moon conjunction (very tight orb. I was wondering if this meant that they could need a trigger to activate a relationship?
In their natals A' sun is inconjunct B's moon and venus opp mars.

it is interesting.. I think Westran is right about the sun/venus/mars aspects...

I have read his book and l recommend it.

I am looking at maybe starting over with an ex of mine and right now we have these aspects in line with what Westran says:

his pr sun conjunct my pr sun/mars
his pr moon conjunct my n mars
his pr venus conjunct my n sun
my pr venus conjunct his n AC

Hi Lara,
Are you thinking of getting back with your ex?
With the Merc retro is it possible that we think exes are good and they remain in our thoughts?

I was wondering if the sun conj moon in the natal/prog means anything, if it means that the couple might get back together. They are very close to me and I was hoping to see them happy together.

Yea Sun conj Moon sounds very promising.

My question is re: comparing progressed to progressed - what kind of interp would that be, if natal to progressed is temporary?

hi Arnicka,
Would progressed to progressed not be temporary too? cafeastrology says, if there is not enough chemistry in the natal charts, the attraction fades after the aspects change.
Just my two pence on the topic.
