So,strictly astrologically speaking,what aspects would indicate a desire to have children with someone? Their planets in my 4th house (feeling "at home" together)...or maybe 5th house("creativity")??

Say someone's Venus conjunct my Pluto(2 deg) in H5(Libra)...would that do it?Or is it because both of our Vertex's are conj. in H5(Scorpio)?His Vertex also conj my Moon in Scorp. WHat interplanetary aspects would lead to this longing??

4th house represents a need to set up home together which leads to nurturing and can naturally to having and nurturing children (represented by the 5th house) so 4th and 5th.
look at the composite chart also to see if the relationship may bear children

We have Vesta and Juno in comp 4th(Virgo). Also Isis and Osiris are conj on the comp IC(27* and 28* Leo,respectively...IC is 29* Leo). 5th House comp has Pluto,and PoF conj Vertex in Scorpio.

Pluto in the 5th house of the Composite chart is supposed to mean you will have/desire children together.

With my son's dad and I we shared 4th and 5th house synastry placements and we desired to have children together. Some of our placements were vertex's in each other's 5th house, Venus's in each other's 4th house and my Sun & Pluto fell in his 5th house. It's almost like we knew we were supposed to create together. We also have double whammy Mars-Moon squares. After 3 months of being together I got pregnant (could be the Moon-Mars fertile thing).
