Hey all, I'm into graphology and I wanted to ask you all to describe what your handwriting is like. Please give me a paragraph which includes whether it is big, small, flamboyant, neat, wonky, changes with your mood, loopy, spiky, untidy, what writing tool you prefer (colour, thickness etc - or doesn't it matter) - anything descriptive that you think would be useful.
Do you think your handwriting matches your rising sign?

thanks!

I've got shocking handwriting, notoriously hard to understand, messy and lots of crossing out and unjoined letters. Unfortunately I don't have a scanner to scan any. Aries ASC - not sure if that is representative of my handwriting but I do write quick, try to get down as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. Thought that writing was more of a function of Mercury (my Mercury is in Aqu rx, conj Sun, opp Saturn, squ Uranus).

I'm also interested in graphology. My handwriting is large, flamboyant & not cursive - it leans to the right & has a fairly straight margin on both sides.

I'm a Sag asc

If my scanner worked I'd show you.

I do press on firmly onto the page, the next page is always indented. That's quite Scorpio, isn't it?

I think my handwriting reflects my 3rd house, which Aries be my lord and lady there.

See if I can work a scanner and do something.
Quite nice actually. Just depends what pen, paper and other conditions.

Does my handwriting match my ASC (Scorpio)?

Aspects to my ASC: conjunct Venus, conjunct Pluto, trine Mars, trine Jupiter, sextile Sun, square MC.

------------------
Capricorn sun / Scorpio rising / Sagittarius moon

Mercury:: Sagittarius
Venus::Scorpio
Mars::Pisces

Your handwriting is generally sloping backwards, while some of it is upright. Your signature is sloping forwards which can indicate that you like to appear more outgoing than you really are.

3rd house for you is Capricorn.
How you write is how you think.

KickIt - you are spot on!

Peri - LOL!

I just came across this little sample in My Documents..the fruits of my govt. class last semester, lol I think it actually shows my Pisces qualities (Mars, Jupiter, Scorpio ASC is in Pisces decante, Eros) because I obviously space off and start to doodle..LOL, just had to share

Capricorn sun / Scorpio rising / Sagittarius moon

Mercury:: Sagittarius
Venus::Scorpio
Mars::Pisces

I'm not sure if my handwriting matches my ASC (@ Gemini29.06) I feel like my handwriting matches more to the house my stellium in Sag is in- 6th. Also my NN is in Virgo. My handwriting is very architectual. All uppercase, very neat, "perfect". A lot of people who needs things handwritten ask me to do it for them, and I usually get paid for it. Also, I have my Venus in the 5th house in Scorpio- which I also look at hand writing as a Art form too. I really dislike writing in cursive, but that can be from my ADHD (which I blame Merc in Retro in Sag...ha) If I do write in cursive it is very big and loopy and "neat".

Even if I'm in a big rush, my handwriting is a lot cleaner then most... then it goes down to lowercase letters (maybe that's where the Gemini ASC comes in

Also, I'm left-handed, but I don't write with the "weird" hand angle like a lot of left-handers do.

Hope that helps!

-----------------------
~Sun in Sagittarius (Stellium- Merc, Neptune, Mars and Sun (with DC and Psyche)

~ Moon in Taurus in 12th, opposing Venus in Scorpio in 5th.

~ with AC in Gemini at 29.06 degrees ...

Zala - you're writing style looks very Vietnamese. All the Vietnamese kids at my school had a distinctive but common writing style similar to yours.

A "slither" of Vietnamese??
Well, I *was* born in the Year of the Snake
But I doubt that any of my slivers are Asian -- the Mutt part is Jamaican/German/Prussian and some other Eastern European blends.....

Hello my cheesy friend!

Yup...I'm in the changing handwriting category! If I'm writing a letter, my "purposeful" handwriting is a blend of my elder sibling's handwritings and calligraphy. Instead of a straight line, I use a slightly curved s shape.

Then there's note taking writing. I'm usually taking something in, analyzing it, and ideas are coming into my head all at the same time. That means I write it all down or forget my thoughts...quite a mess. I abbreviate a lot and have little chicken scratched notes to self all over the place.

And, there's the teacher handwriting. The one that matches the book with each letter formed perfectly. I hate conformity, but I had to learn this to teach it. I used to teach my students "the book way," then show them other possibilities, then ask them to come up with a few creative ways to write their names. They only had to write perfect cursive "by the book" during handwriting class. The rest was however they wanted. (Their teacher the following year was quite the opposite...oops.)

Pisces sun/Gem moon/Libra rising (Can you say dual/changability?!?)

I think what is even more interesting is what is being discussed in the samples, that is, samples written directly for this thread.

Augentier - food + jealousy - Capricorn and Sco
23- ideas and whether I'm understood - Aqu and Libra
Zala - effeteness and writing etiquette, fashion for pencils maybe? - Libra
Fluke - I don't know what his/her placements are but maybe Gemini - talking about writing.
