Hi Zala,
Hope all is well with you and the little guy!

I had quit for a year and went back to the nasty habbit awhile ago when my relationship went sour...just an excuse to smoke I guess. now I want to quit again... so end of a habbit, or begining of a new life as a non smoker? how would you look at it? I already missed the full moon...or just bite the bullet and don't worry about the moon? nothing makes withdrawl eaiser I guess, it is what it is, an addiction, a money stealing, life sucking crutch.

Any health/fitness program should begin during the new moon. But I'm not sure if quitting smoking qualifies as one.
