Hey your Moon/Uranus conjunction in the 5th house of love affairs suggests an unexpexted love affair!
The progressed Moon is moving from Saturn, have you known this person for a long time?
Was there any boundary that prevented you from getting together before that has recently gone?

hey Girl!

There are quite a few challenging aspects between you, his Mars opposing your Pluto and your Mars opposing his Saturn which can often show restrictions and delays and might actually prevent a relationship from happening.

There are alot of similarities between you two, Your Sun AND Jupiter show an Aries type man to be your ideal (so he fit that) and his Venus AND lilith in Aries (means that you fit his ideal woman criteria).

Then you have compatible Moons which is excellent. You may communicate differently and he gets confused about what you mean because He speaks directly while you are more mysterious or vague with your words.
Your Jupiter's are compatible, ascendants.

So tell me what is the boundary. What is holding you back?

In that case you need to soul search a little and ask yourself if you are repeating patterns, for example the relationship you had or your mother had with your father are there qualities from that that exist with your Aries guy?

Mars opposing Pluto is a pretty intense aspect that could lead to heavy, heavy arguments and posssible violence. I did say possible though. I do not know the relationship dynamics you have with the Aries but there are certainly trust issues. Alot of compatibility but the trust issues are so prominent. btw your Saturn aspect indicates trust issues in your natal, Saturn oppose Chiron, His Uranus activates that. His irresponsible attitude or erratic behaviour threatens your feelings of trust.
Though because his Saturn opposes your Mars it may be him that criticises you and accuses you of making him feel that he can't trust you.
There certainly are factors of compatibility in your charts But you are young and you need to question why you are putting uo a barrier and how this relationship relates to your fatjer/daughter relationship.
