Just wondering if there were any other practicing horary or electional astrologers out there. I love these two branches, though I have a greater love of the latter than the former. IP: Logged |

How long are horary charts valid, anyway. I read somewhere 3 months, then I read it depends on the question, and then I read it depends on counting the number of degrees between significators. Does anyone know the real answer?IP: Logged |

I would say that horary charts are valid until something changes in the situation, and the initial question can no longer be used due to the change in the situation. "Will my car make it through the trip?" question becomes invalid if you sell the car before the trip.IP: Logged |

I am glad to hear that the horary is no good after a change in the situation! I had a big change with mine and here's to change! I hated my horary reading. IP: Logged |

I had a few done too. I saw yours, haybelly, with that astrologer and sorry about that. I dont think I want any more done for a while. From what I can tell, you never know if it is a permenant answer or not. Then they say "no horary answer is written in stone" So what is the point, then? You are still asking a question about the future that you don't know the answer to, regardless if you seek horary advice or not. Remember "the man that knows something knows that he knows nothing at all"IP: Logged |

Horary is more of a "as things are now" thing. People are usually stagnant, which is why horary works out, people don't change things.I did a horary asking if someone I knew would be moving out of town. His family was moving to Florida and I was wondering if he would eventually decide to go with them. The chart said he would go, so it made me upset when he didn't go with his family. Some weeks later I learned he did move out of state, Texas. *shrug* IP: Logged |
