Would really like to pick some experienced brains on here please...

What natal aspects would incline someone to an unsettled adult life... ie lots of work changes (even though quite successful) & real bad choices in love, also a fair bit of house moving...

I'm trying to work myself out... also hoping to work out if its a terminal case of unsettledness or if things will smooth out.

This is my chart
http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/hh48/dreammaker_03/astro_2at_59_melanie2995213045.gif

any insights would be useful so i can maybe look at things from another point of view...

Im coming to the end of neptune sqaure neptune which i guess has made me look more closely at my life, but sometimes i think you can be so close you cant see the wood for the trees, Im also just starting saturn conjunction uranus and saturn conjunction pluto and soon saturn sextile neptune... so i would love some help please...

thank you
Melanie

Natal Venus R points toward someone who has bad experiences in love. I have it and my love life is unsettled.

Supposedly when in progresses forward, the experiences start to turn outward. Well mine went forward at age 4, but I still think it sucks.

If I could change one thing about my birth chart it would be this. It's also even more difficult for me because Venus is my chart ruler.

You have a lot of fire in your chart, which that right there will make you a restless person. I also have Sagittarius ascendent so I can relate with wanting change etc.. You also have Uranus in your 9th house, which would make things erratic in relation to traveling, and higher education...

What Missneptune said about Uranus in the 9th and all the fire...

Also, you have your Sun, Moon, and Mars all in the 4th house in Aries(oops: Mars is in Taurus, but since it is in the 4th house, it will have a similar effect), which means that you want to have the comfort of a home base, but at the same time you feel this pull to go out and do something exciting. This could cause some conflict within yourself which could translate to restlessness.

aww thanks for the responses so far!!!

I dont think i have venus rx but it might be interesting to have a look at the venus progressions... to see if it cooincides with some of the bad bits...

It makes sense missneptune and enchantress, i really do feel that "torn between" feeling and quite often it is pretty out of the blue and urgent which would perhaps be the uranus...

So far it sort of seems as if im hardwired to be like this.... although i know really we are rulers of our own destiny these change impulses are so "inside" they dont feel abnormal when they come, and then i turn around however long afterwards and think "why the hell did i do THAT"

any more ideas anyone? anyway to help it?
thanks Mel

I've had 4 different addresses in the past 2 years and soon to be moving to my 5th for a year and then my 6th being somewhere in New York. And who knows how many different friends apartments I'll end up staying at until I find a good apartment to lease. I really can't explain why I like to move around a lot - perhaps it's my lack of any significant earth placements and a TON of 9th house/3rd house/Gemini going on in my chart. What's curious is that my 4th house is in Capricorn and Saturn is in my 3rd house, which usually denotes someone who doesn't really change residences too often (I'll have to find my source on that). So interpret that as you will...

I think I just like to move around a lot because I grew up in the suburbs of Illinois. I'm sure once I've lived abroad and gotten so homesick that I'll finally settle down. Plus, I f-ing love New York. I miss it everyday.

As far as love and life mistakes are concerned... I'm young... and I'm using that excuse as long as I possibly can .

I am on my 43 rd change of address and I have no doubt there will be many more!
I moved 18 times in 17 years and that's counting 3 yrs I actually spent in one place so one year I moved three times.

I can't bear to be in any place for longer than a year...actually it's getting worse....more like 3 months!

I am an Aqua with Mars Moon and Venus in Aries and I am not sure whether I am Leo rising or Virgo.
Maybe this has something to do with it, but there is a restlessness in my soul that never diminishes.

I was showing a friend round my home town and as we were driving I kept saying "I lived in that house....oh I lived in that apartment
Finally he said "Might it be easier if you just pointed out where you haven't lived!!

hahaha, the same goes for me and jobs actually. whenever friends come to chicago for a visit and i'm in town as well i'll pick them up from the airport and give them a tour of where i've worked in downtown chicago. it gets pretty ridiculous.

this is the thing, i dont often really feel restless to move, it just seems to happen that a time arrives when i think it would be beneficial to me to move, like now, i am selling my house in the middle of nowhere and i want to move nearer a big town, but to me the reasons are logical, more work & more interesting socially... being here doesnt fit in with the current life plan...

Love wise, guys come along who i get enamoured with and then however long down the line i realise that it just aint gonna work, so i move on, or i get the "perfect" bloke and then suddenly he decides its not for him, or the perfect sexual partner who just happens to be a class a b*****d

I'm even getting better as i grow older at holding back and taking things slower or not jumping in at all if my head tells me he's a loser, but still having probs (all with virgos the last couple of years)

I do have a bit of luck in that whenever it seems things are going to go REALLY pear shaped in my life something happens to make it bearable until the next near disaster..

Its so annoying being me sometimes!!!

I know what you mean about the bit of luck.
I always seem to get rescued at the eleventh hour.
Just when I appear to be about to hurtle into the abyss something happens and it's like "Phew! That was close!

I wish whatever it was wouldn't leave it so late.
I think my guardian angel is like one of those mothers, you know the type.
Sits chatting away with her mates totally forgetting about Junior until someone says "Isn't that your child floating face down in the pool?

And then it's a quick rescue attempt. Junior get's a good hiding for wandering off and peace is restored.
Till the next time!!!
