I've been seeing major frustrations for Virgos and Pisces in terms of relationships (and other stuffs) this year.

What is your experience? Is it that the Saturn in Virgo - especially for Pisces giving the hard time?

Oh my god, don't get me started. Virgo here, with Saturn conjunct my Sun in the 5th house. It's completely killing of like ANY dating/romance. Every single potential romance is being systematically slowed down or pooped on by this annoying influence. I have to wait until August 2009 for Saturn to get his uptight butt off my chart

...well, not off my chart, just out of the 5th house. He's doing something to my Venus too - which is my chart ruler...Grrr. But I think he's only trining there, but making me hyper-picky with relationship potential. Just completely unromantic. Feelings come in and nothing can be done because it's like too much reality or something. Dunno. He's also squaring my Neptune.

Besides making my love life a complete nightmare, annoying Saturn aka 'Taskmaster' (yeah, whatever) is also killing off creativity. He's really not nice at all for artists when he's so heavy-handed. SOME Saturn, okay...makes for self-discipline. But without inspiration, what good is all this so-called discipline? So unfair!!!

I have a virgo moon and my love life has almost become a joke. My relationship of almost two years went kaput when saturn first passed over my moon last year (although I have to admit there were just underlying problems that couldnt be ignored anymore), and almost anything I've attempted with new people in 2008 (Like 3 people to be exact) has also gone sourly. I almost wanna say.... I give up?

The last association fizzled out in late September, a good while after saturn was finished with my moon. However, saturn is squaring my venus in gemini now so maybe its being a royal pain for mutable people in general? *shrugs*

Dulce, when Saturn hit my sun last September was almost exactly the time when my ex-husband and I got a separation and then started to file for divorce. It's uncanny. Creepy. Ugh.

I'll sing "I'm not going anywhere..." by keren ann. Actually, nothing goes anywhere now

for Pisces this coming Nov

1st November 2008 - 30th November 2008

If we ran our lives according to the astrological calendar this would be your time to get away from it all, to head off to distant parts and immerse yourself in different cultures. Maybe you have a trip in your diary or perhaps you have meetings with people from the far corners of the globe but if not, you can always plan for such things a little further down the line. Indeed, creating blue-prints for the future is another big part of the astrological story and what happens during the course of November could inspire you to develop new strategies and explore different avenues for your talents and needs. Since Saturn is in your sign and Uranus in the zone of relationships the exact opposition between these two planets on the 4th could have a major impact on your love life. If you have recently formed a new romantic relationship or do so in the near future this person may well be a karmic link and, as the relationship develops, you will sense there is far more to being with each other than meets the eye. On the other hand, if you have someone in your life who cannot commit or who is leading you a merry dance, you have caught the Uranian end of this opposition, and instead of trying to rein in the person you should allow him or her the freedom required... give someone enough rope and you know what happens. The Venus-Pluto conjunction of the 12th is another of the month's power points and a potential turning point for a love affair or a situation close to your heart. There is an element of fate to this aspect too, whether you feel you have won the jackpot, so to speak, or lost your investment. The Jupiter-Saturn trine of the 21st promotes stability and progress, especially where finance and business are concerned, so put your most important meetings on or around this date, and you won't be disappointed.

It sounds true for me O_O If anything happens, I will accept it as lesson from Saturn. Things need to be changed must be changed or ended. Also lesson from Uranus...

For Virgos

1st November 2008 - 30th November 2008

Good communications are the key to success and with the sun and Mars transiting the zone of travel and dialogue, it is down to you to put your ideas into action and to encourage other people to air their thoughts. You should be able to reach agreements and sign contracts this month and, one way or another, life is a journey. As I mentioned in my general forecast the highlight of November is the Saturn-Uranus opposition (an alignment you can read about in more detail elsewhere on Astrolutely). You have already felt the push-pull effect of these two planets, especially where relationships and your love-life are concerned, and you may find events on or around the 4th settle a matter once and for all. While there is a need for structure, order and stability in your life the acquisition of such things cannot be at the expense of freedom and growth. And it may be necessary to allow someone to go his or her own way at this point in the knowledge that you cannot lose what, or, rather, who, is right for you. Jupiter is at a very favourable angle to your sign at present so good things come out of difficulties and even if you cannot have everything you want there will be achievements this month. By the 27th you will have several planetary bodies gathered at the base of your horoscope so you will be beginning a new upwardly mobile cycle; it will be time to lay down foundations stones of one sort or another and there could be a huge amount of activity building in regard to family and property matters.

Oddly, relationships haven't been that bad for me this year... Though I did have one heavily dramatic dating relationship during the summer that fizzled out quick.

However, work has been an off the wall trip and with Saturn transiting my 10th house, that would make sense.

Right now it seems that things have died down, but most of my mutable planets are in the beginning of Virgo and Sagittarius, so I think I'm done with the brunt of it.

I've seen some of my other Virgo and Pisces pals having a rough time of it though, so I know it is taking its toll.

I'm having the worst time of my life. My relationships have always been a challenge but never my health. I was a sickly child but my health affects my peace of mind more than then.

My pisces-virgo relationship has been great, we have been going through a rough time with infertility but we are in it together and have been even closer. After 10 years of marriage it only gets better. I can not tell you how blessed we are and I am soooo thankful!!!!!!!!

my ex is a virgo, we broke up in march and officially ended it september 7th (when pluto went direct!)

but he doesnt want a relationship. its not that he isnt able to, he has an influx of dozens of potential romances.

significant changes in his life regarding career and a pending out of state move in early 2009.

i wouldnt characterize it as a "bad year" for him, he seems happier than ever, and very complacent with where he is in life.

somewhat of an idealistic approach in the things he does now, in terms of relatinships, and what he wants in terms of the "values" of the other partner. very picky and discriminatory (good for him, bad for me but maybe good for me too! lol)

I'm Pisces and I've been in a fantastic relationship for just over 3 months now. He's the only prson I've ever been with where I havn't said "I like him...but" Honestly, 3 months into it, I still don't have any "buts"...I just like him...more than just like him, I've falln head over heels into the love part actually.

Maybe that's what he is...some sort of Karmic link...whatever it is, I'm happy, that's for sure.

Virgo Sun- In my case im with one i dont love anymore. he tried to put it back together. but there's to much water under the bridge
even though i have some feelings of friendship and love for him. It comes mostly from the feeling of the familiar.

On the other hand I am in Love with my ex and we almost got back together but it didn't work out.

mblover- you did it again. You got me ranting.

My ex is a Pisces. I bet he was having a friggin ball sucking me dry of my chi all along until I got physically sick. During Saturn in Leo, I was nicer, letting him revel in his pity parties, being there through his difficult time. My discomfort was set aside and ignored because I felt that he needed me but the b@stard started being greedy and took more than it was healthy for me. He replaced his friends with me, and basically got rid of all other sources of energy and put me as his new fix.

Saturn in Virgo came too late to prevent vampires from harming me, but it came in time to stop any more damage being done. That's a consolation, right? We had broken up for more than a year but he still called me when he was down. My life then spiralled out of control. Saturn in Virgo became the first time in a long time when I saw myself being used. I saw the selfishness of people very clearly. That very same ability to see clearly is what's making Virgo hopeless and sad because we have faith in people no matter how critical we are. Now romance is dead. People we once held in high esteem are showing their true colours and it sucks!

I was fighting for my life and people were just so self-involved, wanting what they wanted and not caring how they got it. Guilt trip extravaganza.

You may see a Virgo, me, complaining about giving but it's not a complaint. It's a protest against having too much taken away when we open our doors to our energy supply. We expect people to do what we'd do, and take enough to survive but people take more i.e. the stuff that they should get for themselves. People aren't mind readers, sure, but how the hell do I manage to find out if you aren't ok since I'm no mind reader either?

This transit sucks because I've always said, "It doesn't kill me to give of myself." but that's not valid anymore.

So, I can see how necessary this process was, but I can't help but think it's too late. I should've seen it earlier to prevent it.

VirgoOh, I'd love to make war on the Taurus right now...mine is annoying. I have really good Taurus friends though...so it's not them, it's HIM.

My love life sucks sucks sucks....
My insignificantly significant other situation is officially over because I've drawn the line in the sand and I'm done with him!!!!

I hope he can go be happy with his make-believe ideal of whatever pseudo-standards he may think he has. What a weirdo with his little sleepwalking and chair-dragging and garlic consumption, which somehow triggers an allergy that makes his eroticism manifest in the form of accidental love haikus left on my desk...what a weirdo.
Taurus, begone!!!!

I can't believe I have to wait until August 2009 for my love life to get better

Hahahahahahh why would u subject yourself to this torture, garlic consumption and whatnot lol

I am subjecting myself to a power struggle of the lowest kind, at first the chase was sooo nice, now it's dragging, she is taking her time, i've given her subtle hints and indications that I care for her and like to talk to her, what does the moron do? she caves in, not only that, she acts hard to get.

OMG I am hating herrrrrrrrrrr lol

VirgOh, I know what you mean about the whole dragging thing...that's Taurus for you...let's just see how long we can draaaaaaag this out before turning everyone CRAZY.

I would advise a more direct approach only because I've noticed Taurus is usually really thrown off by it. Struck dumb (though I dunno if you want any of that LOL...believe me)
Two Taurus women I knew were all into fire signs. Maybe they need more directness? I don't know. But you have that Taurus Mars of yours in the 5th house...use it, baby!!! Use it!

I am the most direct person she talks to at work I've always made it clear that I care for her and guess what? she is the one who pursued me first because I used to always give her the "Virgo" aloof uninterested attitude, the thing is once I started showing her my softer side she started to put barriers and hurdles in my way and always caves in and hides when I pursue her, it's frustrating me and she is always keeping me at bay! Right now we are ignoring eachother like crazy lol and I called her "Fake" the other night cause she was leaving the building and I said bye to her and she just looked at me and did not even answer, she just shook her head and said "Heh" which drove me bananas so I was like YOU ARE FAKE and she gave me that stare of death like she was about to jump on me and rip my chest open and eat my heart out LMAO

They can be so cruel!

Everyone, Thank you so much for sharing. You all Virgo and Pisces are adorable and loving souls. Please keep it going.

PISCES - Very few responses!! Where are you all? This is the last stop "Earth".. are you going back to Neptune? Could you take a small break to enlighten us?

I agree with you totally. Lately, I've been having to learn to pull back my energy from people, friends even, who are draining me on all different levels.

I have a t-square of Moon in 3'11 Pisces in 6th square the opposition of Jupiter-Neptune in Sagittarius(Jupiter in 8'17 Sagittarius,Neptune in 1'48 Sagittarius) in 3rd and retrograde Saturn in 5'08 Gemini in 9th......transiting Saturn in Virgo was in my 12th and is now in my 1st....it formed a grand cross to my t-square, and boy....I don't need to tell you how that felt. I got dumped by my girlfriend. The presidential race with President Obama had me dealing with conflict of my racial identity as the son of black man and white woman like him, seeing all this focus on him being black. I was pessimistic about his chances being elected as president here because I've been cynical about race relations here, but I was capable of throwing my pessimism aside to do an actual astrological prediction with objectivity in McCain's favor even though I want Obama to win. I already voted for Obama in the general election. My mother has had health problems with her diabetes, and she ended up having to get her leg amputated. I have been helping more financially. I gave up all sweets and junk food in middle of July, and I haven't had any sweets since...don't even put sugar on my cereal. I have been going to bed at an earlier time. I have been focusing on my health. I went to church briefly, but it wasn't for me...even though it was a Unity church. There is something of a free spirit in me that doesn't like to be a part of any type of religious community. I am starting to think that it's my South Uranus Node in Sagittarius in 4th conjunct Imum Coeli.

Transiting Saturn was conjuncting my 13'27 Virgo Ascendant, and that didn't feel good either.

I am still hurting from the breakup, and I miss her a lot. I am trying to get myself in the mindset that I have to move on,and that there are better times ahead. I believe that I will be in a good relationship. I just started a new solar return cycle, and it looks like a a good one...especially strong emphasis on love, relationships, romance.
