I can't really help you right now. I am very sorry. I have been having my own love,relationship,romance issues. My girlfriend broke up with me April 2nd of this year because of her extreme feminist mother whom she is very close to, and I have been finding it hard to move on. Every day and night of no contact from her is like emotional torture. It's definitely pretty hard with all my water(Sun,Mercury,and Venus in Scorpio as well as Moon in Pisces). It triggered my lunar t-square issues(Moon in Pisces in 6th square the opposition of retrograde Saturn in Gemini in 9th and Jupiter-Neptune in Sagittarius in 3rd)which was also triggered by transiting Saturn in Virgo.my birthday is tomorrow too....and my birthday won't be happy unless she contacts me. Therefore,it's worth not celebrating.
I am very sorry that I can't help. There is a lot of good helpful astrologers on this bord. They could help you better than I can.
