Sorry misread. Libra rising, still ruler of ASC is in 9th, just strengthens the case. Well international law, involving foreign entities and global matter is a very Sag thing. There is of course a 9th house emphasis as well as a 3rd house emphasis - short journeys and local neighbourhood. IP: Logged |

yes. moon in cap is great for studiousness... sun close to MC conjunct is great for public appeal and mars square venus = aggressvieness... i do see trial worklibra asc cancer 10th house...intensives the justice aspects of the chart. 3rd house sag/moon/uranus and neptune = less materialism.... public sector trial work.possibly legal aid or criminal prosecution would be a good profession for you.
