Hello all- I was just wondering if/where multiple marriages show up in the natal chart? I have both Sun and Neptune in my 7th house (sag), would this be the place to look for more than one marriage in a lifetime? BTW by multiple marriages I mean divorce then remarry not having multiple spouses at once Thanks for your help IP: Logged |

Hello and Welcome to LL echo Traditional Astrology tells you that a Mutable sign on the Descendant can show more than one marriage but Uranus aspects can do that too. It just depends on the Natal as a whole. Good Luck IP: Logged |

Mutuable sign on the DC, yes. One is enough...at the same time. Any more is just greedy.IP: Logged |

Just take a look at some Arab monarch or king's chart and you will definitely find out IP: Logged |

Yeah but many people in that religion will be in the same boat. Best to look at the natal chart of that religion IP: Logged |

I was not referring to "That" religion and it was a joke, no one brought up religion to begin with but we can take it there if you like.I happen to follow "That" religion "That" religion is called Islam in case you did not know and or ignorant about it. IP: Logged |

it's getting a bit feisty in here I don't think any religion will show up a pattern of multiple marriages. I have aquarius asc which is probably why i've been marriage twice - i'm very restless in a relationship. IP: Logged |

If you are ignorant to the trends and religion that your kings follow then you should take it upon yourself to get more educated about matters. They do go to church and marry there, so I assume they are Budhists. This is called Virgo sarcasm, just in case you did not know also. IP: Logged |

May be getting a little Virgo here myself, but if they go to church and get married there, are they Christians? They could be of the Jedi religion, just pretending to be Christians, the same goes for Arab countries. It is fine and natural to assume people in Arab countries are of a certain religion, but not all will follow that. 97.327% would though. I know what youre thinking...dont mention it.

Man that sucks! I have Scorpio on the descendant, and I'm pretty sure that's fixed, right? And then I have Neptune in there too, meaning, obviously, that I am delusional to think I am going to marry more than once. ------------------ "The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do. What was the whole thing about looking at the 9th or 10th house for second marriage? I have no idea. I don't think there's any definite way to tell about multiple marriages...probably just have a good Sun/Venus progression with a nice aspect from a stabilizing other planet, and your chances would increase IP: Logged |

The fact that the Queen is the ruler of the Church of England indicates the British monarchy are Christians. IP: Logged |

There is a good book that goes into this topic - Astrology and Sex by Vivian Robson. I have a fixed Desc. in Scorpio but I have Mercury, Uranus, Mars conj. in 7th in that order with Mercury conjunct Desc. I'm getting married for the 3rd time at 28! In the book it said something about if you have mercury conjunct Desc. you MIGHT marry a liar and swindler who could be mixed up in forgery(obviously a REALLY bad Mercurial person). It's almost unreal, but my 1st husband was a double Gemini who went to prison for forgery ans counterfitting AFTER we were married. He was also a pathological liar.IP: Logged |

scrappy, do you mean that Mercury conjunct your 7th house ruler, which is Scorpio/Pluto? If so, then I share this too. My ex was very secretive and had some shady business stuff which he lied about. I also have Jupiter and Neptune sextile Pluto, and Pluto square Saturn. But I think the Neptune aspect is generational. Interesting though, because my ex was a Pisces rising. ------------------ "The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do. " IP: Logged |

No Mercury conj Desc. by 3 deg. Mercury is conj Uranus in Scorp, but not mars. Uranus is conj my early Sag mars though, and I do attract violent men. OK this is getting confusing.lol.IP: Logged |

Thanks for all of your replies. I'm going to look more into the 9th and 10th house as well...I've read more than once that my chart does indicate more than one marriage. I dont know if its because Pluto is now leaving my 7th house but I feel like this could definitely be true in the future(long story but presently in a marriage that has pretty much deteriorated in the last 2 years). It hasnt been a healthy relationship from the start so this is probably for the best but its still unknown territory I may be venturing into IP: Logged |
