I've always been a little confused about who feels what, the house person or the planet person?? His Sun Neptune conj falls in my 8th, who would feel this more, me or him and what are your thoughts of the interpretation?(I'm sick of my books)! What about my Sun Pluto conj falling in his 12th?
His Sun is conj my Neptune 2 deg and my Sun is conj his Pluto 1 deg.

I think both feel the effects. But the house person feels more for sure.

There's conjecture on this topic. The minority view is that it is the planet person that feels more. The majority is that the house person feels more. I tend to follow the majority view. I still think that the planet person still feels something, they are aware of what effect they are having on the other.

A good way of seeing the majority view or my view is by seeing the planet person as a permanent transit to the house person. In transits, if the Sun for example transits through the 8th, then the person will be using their ego directed to 8th house issues. In house overlay, if the house person gets the other's Sun in their 8th, then they will be reacting back to the Sun person in a solar way directing it to 8th house issues. Hope that makes sense.
