AGGHHH, I hope not! I only have my Sun trine my Midheaven in Capricorn....and just divorced one. LOL.
However, I have been told about the 5th house aspects for children, and have been told children don't come easily for me (my sun is in there), and that should I decide to have any, it will only probably be one and a boy...this actually feels ok, because it's what I wanted anyway
But then, what do you say when someone's sun has a bunch of aspects? That they will be married many times, or have a lot of children? I can't see that always being gospel.

My mom has four aspects to her sun and she has been married only once. She's 61 so I really don't think she will marry three more times. The ruler of her 5th house is her sun as well and she only had two kids, and at her age she will not have two more. So in her case, this prediction does not apply.
My dad also has four aspects to his sun and he has been married twice. He has 5 aspects to his sun and only had two kids. In his case, it doesn't apply either.
