has anyone heard about this? i can't remember where i read it, but i did read somewhere saying that your moon sign is likely to be the one.i obviously haven't had children, but i think this is quite true, as aries girls have handled my emotions well.

for the sake of research, not rebuttal! my children's father is a cancer sun/mars moon/ scorpio asc. my moon is pisces...however this theory DID work for my daughter (so far) whose baby daddy is a leo, like her moon...so far i can't think of any other examples that do fit...IP: Logged |

Doesn't work for me but does in a roundabout kind of a way. My Moon sign is Libra and it conj my DC (in Libra as well). Mr 23 is Gem with Sco Moon but has Sun conj Venus. I have Mars in Gemini conj his Sun and Venus. IP: Logged |

i think it makes sense because your home is where your most likely to express your emotions most (in the comfort of your home!) and obviously your partner is gonna be around you in the same place, so if you can't handle each others emotions how else can you get along n enjoy mating = making kiddies! lolIP: Logged |

LOL Deliverance. The odd thing is that my mother has a Capricorn moon and my father is a Capricorn.
But my mother remarried...LOL. She married another Aquarius, like her.
And they have 3 kids...two Geminis (my stepfather's got a Gem moon), and an Aquarius. I'm wondering if this theory is on the whole thing that moon-sun conjunction in synastry is a strong indication of marriage between two people. ------------------

My grandma has moon in libra she married my cancer granddad..My mum is moon in aries and my dad is a libra I have gemini moon and i aint having a baby to a watersign i have enough water iin my own chart NO THANKS lol :P IVe never dated water either.. I once rang an astrologer and she told me that i might have a baby to someone who has moon in capricorn because cappy is the ruler of my 5th house??? ------------------

My Mom has Moon in Scorpio.
My Father had Sun in Capricornso no Sun-Moon conjunction My Mom has Sun in Gemini in 12th house trine Neptune.
My Father had Sun conjunct Mercury with Moon in Pisces
My Stepfather had Sun conjunct Mercury in Leo, but he didn't father any kids with my mom...he was the only father figure that I have ever known.
my maternal grandfather had Sun in Cancer (also an out of sign conjunction with Mercury in Gemini),Moon in Pisces,Scorpio Ascendant
his very brief wife,my maternal grandmother - mother of just my mother with him - had Sun in Aries in 12th house,Moon in Virgo,Taurus Ascendant his lifelong wife,my maternal stepgrandmother - the mother of 4 children with him - had Sun in Virgo,Moon in Taurus trine Neptune,Scorpio Ascendant
so Sun-Moon conjunctions don't play a part in my family
I have Moon in Pisces, but Sun in Pisces conjunct my Moon wouldn't work with me
even though it would trine my Sun in Scorpio, it would be caught in my t-square that my Moon has with Jupiter-Neptune in Sagittarius and Retrograde Saturn in Gemini.
The Sun in Pisces would have to be conjunct my Descendant in Pisces for it not to be very challenged by my planetary set up. It would square my Midheaven-Imum Coeli axis which would indicate her self expression/vitality would be in conflict with my social status/domestic environment
Moon in Scorpio conjunct my Sun would work much better. IP: Logged |

My mom's moon is Aquarius, my dad has no Aquarius placements.My dad's moon is Sagittarius, my mom has no Sag placements. This is OT but my mom's 5th ruler is the Moon which is in Aqua (as stated above) and I'm an Aquarius Sun/chart ruler in Aquarius. My dad's 5th is in Aries and his Mars is in Gemini (I'm Gem rising). What about ruler of 5th house as the other parents moon sign?I dont have date of births for my family But my close friend has sun in 5th and she married moon in leo I just looked my other friends dont match ------------------

I'm not sure I even LIKE the sun/moon conjunction, to be perfectly honest, Glaucus. I have my moon in Aries and the only time I had it, I felt like I was being stifled and almost too close. At first if felt wonderful (and our moons trined as well, which was nice), but after about 4 months, I was chomping at the bit. My moon's in the 12th house too, so I don't think it reacted well at all...like it was being assaulted. Maybe just me though. I know lots of people who love that aspect. ------------------

YES i loved how u put it about ur moon being assaulted. Me tooooooooooooooo i hate geminis all together but i can tolerate my other moonin gemini freinds. I just dont get along with gemini and pisces.One is trine my sun and the other is conjunct my moon. ------------------
