She's part of our circle of friends but I can sense she's not fond of me and I'm not fond of her either. Her hiprocrisy, sarcasm and bragging literally gets on my last nerve and on impulse I tend to set her straight. What's causing this in this relationship?

I'm inside, she's outside?

Sun square Sun - ego clash, stand off
Sun quincunx Mars - discomfort of Sun person with assertion of Mars person.
Sun in Aqu v Moon in Tau - not square. Moon person refuses to the "natural" dynamics of Sun over Moon.

In addition to the Sun square Sun aspects, your Mars is square her Mars, and Mercury square Mercury. You express yourself very differently, and think very different. Mars in Aries (her Mars) is very direct and straightforward, but you are probably more cautious?

Straightforward - Merc in Sag or at least communicate with a broad brush. She is much more emotive.

I also have the Sag Mercury, Cap Mars combination. I am cautious, but can also be very direct and honest. It`s a strange combination, because people don`t expect me to be that direct. I am usually a bit shy too(Cap Asc...).

oh i don't know about the merc square merc and mars square mars aspects. i have this with someone and we get along great though we do have tendency to get into arguments. With patience and watching the way our words come out it works out great. could be that mars- sun. or if i can read this properly the saturn square sun could create discomfort.. like a restriction. correct me if i'm wrong.

Is the house placement of Mars significant? Her Mars is in your 7th House. However your Mars is in her 12th House.
