Venus conjunct Neptune - so dreamy, that it often is illusory.

Or just heavenly, other half of my soul and so on.

Problem: neptune tends to be so spiritual, that feelings become very compassionate, spiritual and sometimes platonic.

I agree with Lara on the Neptune/Venus. I had that aspect on my last relationship. He even wrote me a poem that in between words, he said "Somebody pinch me, am I dreaming?"

Yes Swirl-Kitt, because I'm going to vote in Venus/Neptune the tense aspects.

That's astro-theory, but if you want personal experience my husband's Neptune sits on my Ascendant and is opposite my Venus. Neptune rules his 7th house, Venus rules mine.

Yes the Venus/Neptune stuff etc. But also let's not forget the Moon. I have Moon trine Venus with Mr 23 and it feels like that.

Just from personal experience, I want to say yes about Chiron conjunct Venus and Neptune, but it can also turn really, really ugly and painful if both people aren't fully committed to the relationship (it's usually Venus that spazzes out)...otherwise, it's incredibly intense and connected, I've found.

Moon conjunct Venus is really, really sweet. And so is Venus conjunct sun...I find that one just beautiful.

You just summarized my synastry with Jude Law.

His Venus conjunct my Neptune
His Venus conjunct my NN
His Neptune conjunct my ASC
His ASC conjunct my Neptune
HIs Chiron trine my Neptune

(with a LOT of other stuff like Sun conjunction Venus, ASC conjunct NN, ASC conjunct ASC, ASC conjunct Mars, Moon widely sextile Venus and so on)

Just GREAT

I think the square is just as romantic as the other aspects. I have venus square neptune natally so I have shared this synastry aspect with many. The difference is there is greater chance for neptune to show it's more negative traits. Deception, unfaithfulness, seeing the other unrealistically then becoming completely dissolutioned when the fantasy becomes reality.

my pluto sextile his moon, square his venus, conj mars, conj jupiter, semi sextile uranus, conjj pluto..., trine asc.
my neptune trine his sun, semi square moon, square marcury, semi square mars, sextile jupiter, quinticentile saturn, semisetile uranus , conj neptune, sextile pluto, semisextile chiron

heavy pluto aspects for me....the squares and oppositions def. lead way to possesiveness/control/and destruction.

and also, heavy neptune aspects

but it is an idealistic love...its a fantasy world...that is why it is ...as you said "the air i breathe" aspects....its tormenting, and not healthy...

I can attest to the Venus/Neptune connection as well as the Venus/Moon, and also the Moon/Pluto dw connections. I have these aspects with the first love of my life whom I still love to this day. And I've had these feelings for about 20 years.
