Kaali represents the GREAT MOTHER (Is that right, IQ?), and I think she is very important in Tantric things. She also can be pretty destructive, if I remember it right. Siva and Kaali, creating and destructing the world, beginning and end, or something like that.

I`m not completely clear about her, but I once dreamed of her, and in that dream I could feel her power, it`s nothing that could be compared to anything else in the Western mythology. It even was greater than Plutos. Of course that is just what I felt about her.
I do have a wide conjunction of her to my SN (2,5) and my Karma (3), so I guess, I`m somehow related to that symbol.

Yes, the pairing is Siva and Kaali.

One of the most disturbing readings I did was for a young British man whose energy got drained every morning for several years. He discovered that he was sexually programmed to be a virgin on the earth plane by repelling women and to take part in astral sex rituals. He had past life awareness (of an assassin). He has Sun conjunct Kaali precise, and psychics have detected an astral demon attached to him. Am trying my level best to help him out, things are improving, but I can assure you that though Asteroid Kaali can be a spiritual blessing for advanced yogis, it can be extremely dangerous for some people, especially water signs.
Kaali also rules blood/pranic sacrifice and reincarnation into earth realms.

I appreciate you explaining that. I wish I could help with your British man. The only thing I'm getting is that he needs to get into the water - submerge himself in water. I hope that means something to you. He has forgiveness issues.

The most interesting thing that happens with Kaali in my chart is opposition to Pluto. Siva is opposite Neptune, while Kaali trines Neptune.

In my natal I have Siva conjunct mercury in Aquarius, square my moon/pluto, sextile my mars (chart ruler)

Kaali in scorpio trine my jupiter in Pisces.

Wouldn't Siva and Kaali aspects be highly erotic. As they are master creators. They give life to all - Siva makes Kaali into the mother?

Siva I guess is godess of destruction. Maybe acts as a little Pluto in that it destroys which might lead to regeneration. Maybe it shows how we get past things and regenerate. I have Shiva conj my MC at 16 deg Cap. So maybe my way of destruction and regeneration is through physical means, quite publicly even. Maybe I can do it in my career or use my career to do it.

I'd say in synastry it would be very powerful. Maybe it indicates unification/creation or destructive/regenerative qualities in a relationship. In a positive aspect, these two people are able constructively to work these forces out. In opposition, they need to balance these needs, ie the urge to regenerate or the urge to keep on building . Square, action is required and a lot of work.

Remember I'm an asteroid novice and my knowledge of Hinduism is pretty scant.

And my Kaali is widely conjunct my Karma, too (3°14).

Interestingly Jude Law and me (I know I know, STOP thinking about him, DD. ) have actually a DW of Kaali - Venus:
His Venus opposes my Kaali exactly, his Kaali closely conjuncts my Venus.
His Saturn also conjuncts my Kaali.
