I have been attracted to this women for years however, I am not sure how she feels. I am the Pisces. Could some interpret this in respect to her feelings for me?

I think she does like you. You have a lot going on. The Virgo (her Venus/Mercury)/Pisces (your Sun) differences should be attractive. If her feelings seem hidden, it might be the Venus retrograde. They don't find it easy to open up or express love/attraction.

That's a busy chart! I can't imagine she is indifferent.

I notice she has the heavy duty aspect Saturn CNJ Pluto. Does it Square Mars on her natal chart? It's looks like it. It's not a problem, it just makes me wonder if maybe she has been hurt in the past in someone way that might make it a good bad idea to take it slow. I could be completely wrong. It's a tread careful situation in any case, isn't it?

I think you should make a subtle move, nothing serious. Pisceans are great at being subtle.
Make lots of eye contact and flirt occasionally. Personaly, I'm always attracted to Piscean eyes.

Blue Moon. it does square she Mars. The pluto conj saturn. and it definitely is a tread carefully in any case situation.

Actually two aspects I spotted - Your Moon conjunct her Uranus. You could see her as unpredictable. The attraction was probably like a bolt out of the blue. You could easily be good friends and also lovers.. but from her perspective, she might just want more alone time - Uranus is a very eccentric and independent planet.

Whatever oddities or eccentricities she has, you probably love her all the more for it. I think she sees you as someone she can be herself around.

Also - you guys have, your Chiron conjunct her Node. I think a relationship with you would be very healing for her. It might be a mutual healing process.

Your Mars/Neptune conjunction (I have the same conjunction, only earlier in Capricorn).. is trine her Venus. This would be pleasantly attractive. You are probably very sexually compatible. Because you are the Mars in this, it's more likely that you'll make the first move. She likes the way you look and your body language.

What you should keep in mind is – her Venus is in its fall in Virgo and retrograde. This not an area where she is very confident. She could be very shy emotionally and romantically/sexually and possibly self-critical. Your Mars in Capricorn is exalted, so you are probably happier from a male-sexual perspective.. than she is (Venus stands for female sexuality). Also - your own Venus is in Taurus (dignified) and her Mars is in Cancer (in it's fall). In general, I'd say you're more comfortable with your own body and your emotions, than she is.

Now for your own part, I'm not sure whether you are someone who likes to make a move. I know from my own experience that Mars/Neptune can be confusing. Sometimes you might send the wrong message or not make what you want clear enough. I tend to have so much going on inwardly, that - for some reason I feel like the person already knows (like the connection is unspoken).. and I don't feel a need to tell them. But maybe it would've been better, at certain times in my life if I actually spelt things out.
So maybe you should just lay it out there.. It's your call.
