I have been attracted to this women for years however, I am not sure how she feels. I am the Pisces. Could some interpret this in respect to her feelings for me?

wow thats some nice synastry. Maybe its too compatible. i think for something to trigger a relationship you need to look at composite. when outer planets make good aspects to venus and the sun, the start of a relationship is very likely also natal chart transits...Can you put up a composite chart please?

Astrology aside, why don't you just talk to her,express how you feel about her,and ask if she feels the same way. If she says yes, then that's great..you're off to a good start if she says no, then you know that it's time to move on and be open to possibilities with other women that you can have mutual love,attraction with.

It's a professional relationship, and there are some rules about our associations. Trust I would, if I didn't feel that it would be inappropriate on some level. I have sort of expressed it to her, but she usually pretends I didn't say anything.

Well based on your composite chart though it looks like a great chart theres no outer planet transits to trigger the start of a relationship. Usually pluto to sun or venus or uranus to sun or venus and neptune ETC...Maybe when uranus was around 6 degrees is when you mightve noticed her because uranus then wouldve been conjunct the compostie moon and trine venus.. That wouldve been around 2004 sometime but maybe the reason didnt kick off because saturn was also in cancer in the composite 7th house and squaring mars (ruler of the fourth house) Also in the composite chart neptune is in the 12th house opposing venus which may show a platonic relationship where feelings are kept hidden and you idealise the person.. ------------------
