You have asc conjunct asc.Also though yours is aquarius and his is pisces, your mercuries are conjunct.your styles and how you express yourselves,how you communicate is very similar.
you have sun sextile mars double whammy
this is an energetic relationship and it helps sexual compatibility.
your saturn trines his venus
This one produces loyalty and mutual respect and gives durability..
your saturn conjunct his mars.
It is a restraining aspect especially for him but saturn aspects generally gives durability..you generally have nice apects like sun sextile venus,venus sextile neptune,moon sextile mars,vnus sextile venus and venus conjunct mercury.These all help to you romantically.
Also your jupiter sextiles his sun you are mutually generous to eachother.
the only aspect that is a little dangerous for a long term relationship is your uranus square his sun..
It produces strong attraction but not durable..But your saturn making a favorable aspect to his venus may soften this one.. Nice..wish you a beautiful,long relationship.. It is a good thing to have a couple of hard aspects in synastry otherwise it may be boring.I am not an expert btw there many people here very good at synastry maybe they can add something..
