Dont let your family take the upper hand - as we all know that they have the tendency to judge most of the times.

When I was 19 and modesty permits me to say...oh what the hell I was gorgeous.
Anyway I worked with this girl called Sue and she was..... well she had teeth like a vandalised graveyard, mousey hair and she always looked like she needed a good wash.

and libra rising. everyone else in my immediate family has scorpio rising. also, my mom has cancer venus, my dad has pisces venus, and my brother has sag venus.

i've come to realize that while i don't exactly have a "robust" sexuality but i like to call myself "elegant". my mom can pull of sexy really well, even at her age (scorpio mars conjunct asc), but i seem so gawdy at it. kinda like that one episode on sex in the city when the girls go down to atlantic city after miranda has her baby and charlotte dresses up in that low cut pinkish halter top... yeah, if you know what i'm talking about, that's me. my mother has samantha's style and charisma. i'm more of a charlotte, sometimes even carrie. (PS Sex in the City is ruining my generation's perception of feminism.)

there is something airy about my look. light-hearted and casual. i don't care for makeup. i need to be able to move and do whatever. every once in awhile i'll dress up for fun, i love wearing dresses, but i always wear sweetheart cut, white spring dresses in whatever color suits my mood. nothing sparkly or overly decorated.

i think its good to have mars in a fire sign though, i have mars in virgo, it kind of sucks, i really don't have the "in your face" style when im interested in some one.
