when some one has a grand square, is it likely that a potential partner compatibility and astrologically speaking, would be some one else with a grand square? (especially in the same quality, e.g. fixed/mutable/cardinal) IP: Logged |

yes or a hard configuration.also if they have a t-square and you have an important planet or point that turns it into a Grand Square. I look at their ruling planet and the aspects it makes. Similar planet activity produces compatibility. IP: Logged |

t-squares are common. They are not rare.I have a t-square myself Moon in 3'11 Pisces in 6th square the opposition of Saturn in 5'08 Gemini in 9th and Jupiter in 8'17 Sagittarius,Neptune in 1'48 Sagittarius in 3rd. the t-square of Moon,Saturn,Neptune is so tight that my Moon opposes the Saturn/Neptune midpoint in Virgo in 12th with 17 minutes of arc. I don't need anybody's planet opposing my t-square apex Moon when it's already opposing the Saturn/Neptune midpoint. It's just that many astrologers use wide orbs for t-squares and other aspect patterns...therefore the wide orbed aspect patterns don't have corresponding midpoint pictures...like a wide orbed t-square will tend not to have a corresponding midpoint picture. I have disagreements about the 4th leg stuff. I definitely wouldn't want anybody's planet/point on my Saturn/Neptune midpoint which is not a midpoint that Cosmobiologists nor Uranian Astrologers want to see activated in a chart. one thing to consider about a midpoint picture is that it acts like a 3 planetary combination. The thing is that it really is a 3 planetary combination in some type of harmonic. It's just that not all 3 planetary configurations are easily seen. A close t-square like mine definitely is Moon=Saturn/Neptune(t-square,midpoint picture). I also don't believe that you have to be with somebody else that has the same type of configuration as you. I have never thought anything like that.
I am not too crazy about getting with a woman who has a t-square like me nor a grand cross. If she happens to have one, then it's fine. If she has a grand trine, I am not going to let that stop me either....especially if that grand trine nicely aspect one of my planets or planetary aspects. IP: Logged |

Hello RaymondThe whole point in someone with a similar hard configuration (especially with the same planets involved) is that they have similar experience incorporating those traits into their personality. They understand that point of view. as for filling in the T-Square certain planets (like the Moon) cause friction, and undeniable attraction Not everything we want is good for us. I guess it really depends on the person, and what he/she wants in a relationship.I don't think a woman would feel comfortable with her Moon in Virgo squared by my Saturn-Neptune opposition and opposing my Moon. It could be very emotionally unstable......especially with it being a mutable, cadent grand cross. I wouldn't want somebody's Saturn nor any of the outer planets nor Mars conjuncting my Saturn/Neptune midpoint, opposing my Moon in Pisces in 6th either....that could feel very difficult to me...even could feel rather sick when being with them...especially when Saturn/Neptune midpoint is known as the health problem midpoint in Cosmobiology,Uranian Astrology. I think that it's different for me because my Moon closely opposes the midpoint of the planets that are squared my Moon for the t-square. My Sun in 5'20 Scorpio trine Moon in 3'11 Pisces too......so it would be nice if somebody's Moon,Sun,Venus, and or Jupiter is in Cancer forming a grand trine, opposing my Sun/Moon midpoint. I would be okay with somebody's planets conjuncting my Sun and trining my Moon. I wouldn't want somebody's planets conjuncting my Moon, then it would be squaring my Saturn,Jupiter,Neptune...if close enough, opposing my Saturn/Neptune midpoint. I just believe that if somebody's planets oppose my Moon and square my Saturn-Neptune,Saturn-Jupiter for a grand cross, it will just add more stress for me... my stepfather's Pluto was also in a 4th leg to my t-square. Let's just say that living with him was no picnic. I really believe that he was unsettling for me emotionally. He was also rather abusive with me and to my mom. My Moon is square my Varuna in Gemini with only 10 minutes of arc, and so if somebody's Moon is closely opposing my Moon,it will be squaring my Varuna. Having a square to a transneptunian(actually a transplutonian..it orbits beyond Pluto) might not feel good to her. It could feel too intense for her. so I believe that it really depends on what a person wants in a relationship.

Me & my hubby would be a case in point. He has a fixed T-Square with Neptune apex, I have a fixed T-Square with Mars apex. Together we have a Grand Cross. I have grown up and learned how to control my temper, and hone my verbal assaults. I shan't speak for him but I can tell you he is the reformed bad boy type. Best kind of husband about. Why misbehave? Did all that 20 years ago. Now he just wants to snooze on the sofa in front of Question Time.
