The psychologists always say that we fall in love of our mirror, something like the law of attraction,and I realize that when I fall in love of somebody, always find some aspects that is similar to mine, for example, I have a conjuction between Sun/Jupiter and I realized when I fall in love of somebody they always have some aspect between Sun and Jupiter as well a strong Saturn or Capricorn as I have ASC Capricorn.

What about you? lets check this out.

I think the mirror we fall in love with is often the traits we possess but don't always acknowledge in ourselves.
For example I have no planets in any of the fire signs and I'm always attracted to Leos.

Disclaimer; I have strong oppositions from 1st to 7th, from planets that embody opposite traits. That's probably why I project and attract my opposites.

Thought: It would be very interesting to see how a relationship with someone like myself would be like. We probably wouldn't get anything done (lack of fire) but would spend hours analyzing the meaning of life, laughing til we cry watching I Love Lucy and agreeing that no body understands us! Not so bad.

I'm a 9th house Aquarius Sun and my DSC is in Sagittarius with Uranus conjunct it, with Jupiter in my 11th house.

So yeah, I'm attracted to other Aquarians/Sags.

I'm attracted to jerks and I don't consider myself one, actually I consider myself a very nice and thoughtful person. Maybe deep down I am a jerk, ha ha. Mmm, I don't think so... The phrase "good girls like bad boys" definitely applies to me. What I do think is this: I always went for guys that don't want commitment (appart from being jerks), and even if I think I wanted commitment, in the end it was me who was afraid and that's why I went for guys like that so that they could do me the favor.

I don't know - I feel like a fairly multi-faceted person. Maybe I'm fascinated by someone who doesn't seem to be multi-faceted. But fall in love with someone like that? Nah... I do like other multi-faceted beings, and fall in love with them. But oooh, my taste is QUITE varied

Taurus rising and Scorpio DC - I am attracted to depth and intensity in relationships, ones which are cathartic, but I become this way as well. My sun is peregrine, totally without aspect, in the 5th house...so I don't know.

My ultimate relationship would be someone who is able to diffuse my obsessiveness (which comes with the Scorpio stuff) and emotional reactions (moon in Aries) without trivializing it, because I tend to be hypersensitive (Saturn in Cancer, Moon in Aries, Venus Scorpio).

I've heard psychologists say we often marry or have relationships with a version of the parent we've always sought approval from, and I think this can be very true.
When I was studying Gestalt, I remember learning how when we seek relationships, we are consciously seeking a perfect mate, but our subconscious is seeking a perfect match, which isn't always so good for us, but is familiar on some level.

On topic:

I agree.

My first relationship (longest) was with a Taurus. He showed me my Scorpion side and it's direct opposite.

Then I was briefly involved with a Gemini who showed me my Gemini Asc.

Then came a Scorpio who showed me myself in a male version.

Then came two Capricorn guys who showed me what I need to strive to be with my NN Cappy.

Now I am synthesizing everything, thanks to two Libran guys, who showed me how to integrate my Libra placements so I can achieve some sort of BALANCE.
