I have looked them up and read the interpretations but I need a little more personal opinion to determine how these play out in life and in aspect.
I'm guessing a guy's year from a short span of years, currently focused on two particular years. The combos are either Venus in Taurus and Mars in Gemini /or the Aries Venus and Taurus Mars.

I'm especially interested in hearing from /or about! men with Venus in Taurus or Mars in Gemini or the combination of the two.

Hi!
I seem to like Mars in Gemini men! and I also have a few friends with that. About the men, I don't know if it's the Mars or not but I would describe it in terms of bungy-jumping, skydiving, motorcycles, scuba diving, archery, martial arts, likes to drive fast... hmm, also capacity of taking care of people in accidents - keeping calm in emergencies. Paramedic skills actually seems quite common. I bet they would loooove to drive an ambulance!!

I think my Aqua Mars likes adventures as much as they do

My Taurus friend has Venus in Taurus and Mars in Gemini and he use to love riding Morotcycles..He broke both his Collar bones in seperate accidents so he had to give it up..Venus in Taurus is very sensual and sexual..Mars in Gem has alot of energy and likes and needs mental stimulation..

Nyah, I have Aqua Mars too!!!

Nyah and Mama Mia, I LOVE what you are saying... and it sounds a lot like him... the only problem is...

Aries Venus and Taurus Mars is the other option so I'm thinking the Taurean sexuality would still be a go and an Aries Venus is also a hot shot, eh? arrrrrrrrgggggllll

I need lots of help on this one. But it is REALLY nice to know that the Gem Mars is adventurous too. But, as I said... that just makes it more confusing for me! What do you think? What would be the difference between the two "people"?

Ok, My last guy has this..I don't like this because it always had to be some drama for him. Venus in Aries, and if things were quiet and comfy he would get scared and need to cause something or go look for something. Mars in Taurus has its good points but depending on the person it could be a stick in the mud type placement..Some guys with this placement wants a lady to always make a move first and tend to want the lady to take care of them financially. This is my experience. The best part about it was I have Mars in Aries and it went very, very well with his Venus in Aries sexually..

Yeah, I was wondering about the lady making the first move thing with the Taurus energy but it seemed the Venus in Aries would make the first move so I figured that would modify the Mars, even though Mars is the male "make the move" energy. But you are just talking about one guy there, right? He had the Aries/Taurus and wanted you to make the first move and then he expected you to do the work to take care of him? Or are you combining guys?
The guy in question is definitely not a stick in the mud but I do wonder about the drama. Could be possible. And how could a Venus in Aries be a stick in the mud and a Taurus Mars eager for drama? I guess that is the magical blending of energies! "THAT is the question!"

And these are only the two years I have narrowed it down to by guess. There is actually a five year possible span. You get some great lessons in identifying EXACTLY how each influence works when you try to do the guessing game! I'm loving your input though... tell me all about how this guy was in the beginning pleeeease!
What did you first notice about him and how did he act?
And what is his Sun?
(if you don't mind me asking lol)

MM: Initially I did not have to make the first move at all..He persued me as he should have..He is a Aqua sun so this is where the difference is I guess..Now after the newness started to settle and he felt that things could take off and this could be something real his commitment phobia kicked in. Even though he liked me alot loved me actually bc he was not ready and had commitment issues his Mars in Taurus got stubborn as hell and backed off..Now if I initated anything that was on me. But of course to have a realtionship both ppl have to participate and if he did not then nothing would happen, bc I have alot of Aqua energy and we just simply mirrored each other because I am quite traditional with men. The man should be the hunter. But of course Mars in Taurus may be different for different men and different placements..Hope I make sense and all..

I've known two Pisceans with this placement - Aries Venus/Taurus Mars.

They were both similar to what MamaMia described. The main difference is - one of them was great to talk to. We could really communicate and sort things out, no matter what misunderstandings or drama occurred.
I felt like I was talking to *someone* and not to a brick wall. We were friends first and foremost.

The second (or should I say first?) was brain dead - while other body parts were very much alive and kicking. That's what some drugs and mind altering substances do to you.

I did care about him a long long time ago, may as well have been another life. This was before the drugs and his sheer inability to *think* and have a conversation.

Mia, it makes perfect sense and thank you so much for expanding for me. I remember you have talked about the Aqua. I'm sorry to hear that you seem to be at a standstill with him. I know that is challenging. Just keep loving. My big lesson the last couple years is that I can love someone, even if they aren't here and even if they don't love me. It doesn't matter. My heart feels best when it is filled with love and hurts most when it is open and trying to drag love in from another. That is when it feels the emptiest. And though I battle my insecurities and seem to "need" the other person to accept and approve of me and see me for the special person that I am, I am finding that validation from friends I love who love me in return and I am able to send more and more love out to others... and find more and more returning to me. So, I guess that is just more of the standard esoteric blah blah blah that doesn't always help when you are in the middle of love situations, but I just want to say that the whole learning experience is really strengthening my faith in love and life and the workings of the Universe. So thank you for your help and for thinking back on your situation for me. Please accept this tiny box with a little white feather of faith inside.

You have cleared things up for me... even an Aqua with Venus in Aries will pursue even with a Taurus Mars. I believe I have my answer. My man did not directly pursue as an Aries would so I thought he must not have any interest in me at all, even as an interesting friend. Yet, he is constant (Venus in Taurus) and if I start to fade out of the picture, he flits around again (Mars in Gemini).

CF, that really illustrates the difference in Pisces high road and low road. I'm glad to hear the first man is still a good communicator even with the Taurus Mars. Linda's Love Sign description of Libra/Taurus makes me cautious of choosing a man with too much Taurus. I like some communication and wouldn't want to be a source of irritation to my man. This particular man is a Gemini so I think that modifies it considerably. Especially if he happens to be the MarsGem/VenusTau combo.

Lara, does your Taurus Mars make you slow to start a relationship or just cautious to make the first move though your Aries Venus is immediately in love? How does it work for you when you like someone? And what is your Sun and Moon if you don't mind me asking!

Mystic Melody,

sorry, but i dont think you should generalize. Just because one guy with those combinations pursued, doesnt mean that your guy would definitely pursue as well.I dont know what the background is with this guy, I'm sure your intuition tells you a little bit why he doesnt pursue. But just to give you an example: my exboyfriend had Sun, moon AND venus in aries!! With so much fire you would assume he pursues if interested, right??! Wrong! He was immediately interested in me when we met, but you would have never guessed by his behaviour. Didnt pursue me at all, played the friendship card instead (mars in aquarius) and played it so well, one would have had to be telepathic to know he had any romantic interest in me. So i'm just saying two people with very similiar placements could act very differently...

~ MM ~

these won't answer your specific query re the signs ..
but .. may give some insight to ** to determine how these play out in life and in aspect. **

Venus ..
Mars ..

re Mars .. this is the chapter with 'signs' and 'aspects' .. by Howard Sasportas ..
" The Henchman of The Sun: Mars in the Horoscope "
( book details on page )

i would agree with this .. ( being a mars in gemini native ) ..
( quoted from Howard Sasportas )
" Mars in Gemini may have trouble deciding what to do, it starts off in one direction and is lured off into another. "

Anna, thanks so much! Then there must be a strong emphasis on the Mars in pursuit with men. At least, in general? lol I don't know which Mars sign he has so I'm trying to figure it out. I know there is obvious Taurus and Gemini energy and the year I favor has the placements at Gemini Sun, Taurus Moon, Gemini Mercury, Taurus Venus and Gemini Mars. But I know there is also fire somewhere and probably Aqua somewhere due to his unconventional behaviors and the year I like would only have Leo Jupiter and Aries Saturn and NN to satisfy the fire... which is probably enough. I assume/guess an Aqua AC.

Happy Dragon, wow, I LOVE that last quote. Thank you so much for sharing your opinion on that. It really means a lot. I have checked out your stuff before and have never been disappointed. I am going to read those links right now!

Ohhhh, I read the Venus one about half way when you posted a thread about it a week or two ago. It was so good. I read the beginning of the Mars one and then starting doing other things while it "digests". It is really beneficial information for me and thank you so much for offering it to fulfill my request for help!! Everyone has helped so much. I am learning and growing a lot here and figuring out a lot of mysteries.

Love you guys

"Firstly, I wanted to mention a wonderful workshop demonstration of Mars which I encountered many years ago. This workshop was run by an astrolger named Alexis Edwards, who brought a quantity of really delicious sweets and chocolates and so on, and put them all on a big table in the middle of the room. Then he instructed the group to get up and take whatever they wanted from the table. After everyone had eaten their sweets, an extremely funny discussion followed about the different ways in which different people procured the goodies they wanted, since this reflected in a very direct, 'everyday' fashion the operation of Mars in the different signs.

.. One individual with Mars in Libra, for example, was overheard saying to his neighbour, "Would you mind getting that chocolate slice for me ? I'm just so terribly tired, I don't think I can cope with all those people pushing to get to the table." A woman with Mars in Aries had arrived at the table before Alexis even finished giving his instructions, and had managed to pocket not one but two biscuits. A man with Mars as well as Sun and Mercury in Virgo, who fell about laughing at the whole thing afterward, decided he would not have any sweets, because eating such things in the late morning was bad for the level of blood sugar. Someone with Mars in Cancer was observed to move with apparent indolence and nonchalance toward the table, circling around it for a while as though she really didn't mind which sweet she got, and then, when there was a brief lull, moving like lightning to grab the one she wanted."

Gemini Sun/ Venus in Taurus,

The typical venus in Taurus description fits me and my sun in gemini and venus blend together.

I'm sure you've heard people call Gems bipolar, but I find because of my venus in Taurus a cuddly hug rally goes a long way.

Especialy when I have those days when things aren't right a nice cudly hug makes things always better.

I still snugle and cuddle with my pillow, I don't think you'd hear a guy say that, Only a Gemini and Venus in taurus guy whould say that.

3rd, thank you so much I would looove to know more about how you are in love relationships. How are you when you are attracted to someone and either falling in love or considering falling in love? And does that mean you hug people when you meet to show general affection and are you extra huggy with friends and friends of the opposite sex or just with girlfriends? And and and...

Thanks

Ok... I have been wondering about the outcomes of the different romances I read about over the summer. ♥ Well, "the best is yet to come". ♥
