I was just wondering...what's worst? Having Tr planets in your 5th house (romance) opposing your 11th house (ex lovers) or having Tr planets in the 11th house opposing the 5th house?

I didn't know that 11th house was house of exlovers. It's the house of friendship.

also...11th house is 7th house(house of partners) from the 5th house (also house of children),and so it's also the house of children's partners.

Terry Nazon-Last sat forecast....

Taurus (Apr 20-May 21): Taurus your daily horoscope suggests that with The Moon in Pisces your solar 11th House of ex lovers there could be some fallout if, you haven't handled dumping people with more care! If you have used someone this person could be a thorn in your side for a while!

Yeah I know that too, but everytime something falls in the 11th house-she mentions ex lovers which is quite true in my case...not ex lovers but ex bfs...

Susan Millers mentions the 11th house as former flames...

Really? I had no idea. I also thought it was just friends and acquaintances (I have no idea where the hopes and wishes comes in).

I'd think a transit through the 5th messing with anything is a drag. I've got my sun in there with a Saturn transit conjunct it exactly. What a pain. It sucks for love and dating and delays everything.

I've had Uranus transiting my 11th and opposing my 5th house sun. It's making me feel extremely unreliable (and OH what fun it is to be getting jerked on the other side with Saturn). My decisions feel sudden and abrupt, and I've ended some long-time friendships recently which felt very depleting and negative. So I guess that's good. But it doesn't really have much to do with exes... I had a few come back, but that was more Saturn, bringing back an element from the past.

Maybe it has to do with how much of your own chart is influenced by the ruler of your 11th house. Also, if your sun or some personal planet is in there, I'd think you'd feel it more.

I have polarity placements myself

Vertex-North Lunar Node in Aquarius in 5th
Ceres-AntiVertex-South Lunar Node in Leo in 11th

11th house ruler Moon trine Sun which is 5th house natural ruler.

Maybe the 11th represents past lovers when they stay friends or acquaintances.

In the rare (I'd hope) situations where the lover becomes someone you see as "an enemy" - he/she could be represented by the 7th house of open enemies or the 12th/8th (hidden enemies).

I was thinking about what else they could become. Probably unlikely - but they could become a co-worker, in which case they'd be represented by the 6th - or a student at the same university/place you are studying (the 9th).

But really a majority of exes remain acquaintances - so that sounds like the 11th.

In my experience, the 11th house has been groups that you consider yourself a part of- so, friendships, family (Strange, but that's how it operates for me), clubs, co-workers...etc.

Boyfriends who touched my heart more were 7th houses, whether the boys were past or present, and those flings (of which I've had far too many), they tend to pester either my first house or my 5th.

I have a natal Saturn/Venus opposition from the 5th to the 11th. I won't lie: It's been the hardest aspect of my life to learn from and deal with. But there are benefits to dealing with difficult aspects (not that I've gained any patience).

Wednesday 12/17

Scorpio (Oct 23-Nov 22): Scorpio your daily horoscope suggests that with The Moon in Virgo your solar 11th House of ex lovers, friends and important wealthy people that you'd like to know, you could be thinking of ways to connect to a better social crowd, you are who you know, and judged by your company, right?

This is another quote from the Monthly forecast of scorpio; which is true in my case because I can't get over my past! Well, for now...

"Saturn in Virgo goes retrograde, on December 31. Remember this means that Saturn is not going backwards, at its furthest point away from our planet Earth, thereby changing the light we receive from it. This is called Red shift. How you react to that light depends on the influence Saturn retrograde will have on you. In your solar 11th house of friends and people from your past and profits form your career. You could get anxious about the future but don't your ability to be a great organizer almost guarantees you will do well. While you could still have problems with an ex, getting over the past is a slow process."
