my progressed sun is in gemini and i am loving every minute of it. i have more energy now and my mind is always tick tick ticking. i am enjoying a good laugh much more and enjoy being busy. i used to wake up in a fog and now as soon as i turn over i am ready to start my day. wow! if you only knew! i feel so much younger! right now i am running on 6 hours of sleep in two days and this is not my normal taurus self. this taurus gal usually lives for a good nap. not now. i feel like i am missing out on something and kind of ruins my day a bit. i am moving faster and am getting to be so silly. a bit strange in this house with a gemini moon and a gemini sun with mercury in gemini. when we get started with the laughter, it gets a bit crazy here. i absolutely love it. now if it can only get me to dance in public.... god giving us a break from the norm. is anyone else affected by their progressions? are you enjoying it or loathing it. please share!IP: Logged |

I am totally going through the same thing! I'm not lazy, but I am definitly not a morning person, lol. HOwever, lately I've been filled with such energy and running on barely any sleep with no problem!IP: Logged |

That's great that you enjoy your progressed sun!  My friend recently progressed from an Aqua into a Pisces and he can really tell the difference in his personality too (some parts he likes, others not so much). I have yet to have my sun progress into Libra, but it will be doing so in the next couple of years... I'm interested to see how I will change, but slightly worried that it will conflict heavily with my natal Aries Moon. ------------------

To be honest, I'm very hazy on the more technical aspects of progressions and more complex astrology. I'm a real beginner, lol. However, my friend thats into astrology mentioned something to me the other day (when I was talking about all this energy, lol) about my sun progressing or something. enchantress, that is funny your aqua friend probably hates the fact that he has human feelings now. a mortal. pisces are so deep so thats even worse. hehe! you should check your progressed moon placements. maybe it wont be so bad.IP: Logged |

I'm a Pisces (a very, very early one), so what 'progression' exactly would I be in right now?Sorry for my lack of expertise! lol ------------------

Welcome to Gemini Land! I wouldn't have it any other way LOL! My progressed Sun is in cancer but I don't at all relate to it.------------------

just google it to get more information. dont worry im not an expert either! you can use astrodienst and find your chart. put in your info and select extended chart selection and click on progressed. IP: Logged |

hi there Got Gemini. fellow busy body! your probably so busy multitasking you dont even realize your cancer sun, huh? i love it. learning how to take things in stride, too. que sera sera! two tears in a bucket, mother F*#@ it! keep it moving, no time to waste! its fun being airy. a nice change. i never though i could do more than one thing at a time. every day i get ready to wash dishes and i dont even start! i just run the water and dish detergent and it sits there. i am usually quite the opposite. i know im wasting water but i really dont care. i just find something else to do. Oh he DOES! He HATES it! He has a natal Gemini Moon too so he's used to being so detached. He complains about how emotional he is and I've noticed that he has become A LOT more insecure. However, he's also become deeper and more willing to look beyond appearances, which I rather like. He has also become more solitary, and enjoys time alone. At least by the time my sun progresses into Libra, my progressed moon will be either in Aries or Taurus, which, either way would be good for me. I actually hate my current progressed Pisces Moon because I could tell almost immediately when it moved into Pisces... I also became very emotional (so he and I can relate to each other since his sun and my moon progressed at almost the same time). I cry at the drop of a hat now, which I HATE. I can't seem to help myself though. Things touch me emotionally like they never used to. ------------------

@taurusvirgoleolady1974 (interesting combination  )are you sure about the > 30 years old thing? I checked my progressed chart on astro.com and it says my prog Sun is at 0d37 Aries now. I'm only in early 20s. The period for a sign change might depend on the degree too :-S To be honest, I feel (yea after all I'm a Pisces lolz) like I'm more verbally honest (plus prone to anger more often...) than last year. that is too funny. he probably is feeling insecure because he hasnt learned yet how to handle these emotions. that is good that he is progressing to pisces. im sure he will mature and change alot these next years. he will grow into it . i guess when people say youre right where you need to be, that is true, and even can apply to progressions in astrology. my gemini progression is like a cold glass of water. i have been fixed for so long, its time for a change.IP: Logged |

triplepisces-found this for you. not a good explainer and i dont know everythig off the top of my head. "The progressed Sun moves forward through the zodiac at a rate of about one degree per year. Using progressions, everyone's "Sun sign" changes to the next sign at some point in the first 30 years of life (because there are 30 degrees to each sign)." thought it was around that time but like i said i dont know for sure. maybe someone else can explain it better or correctly. but i do know for sure my sun is gemmy gem. ill have to edit my post. yes looks like ive been in gem for alot longer than i thought. still loving it either way! p.s. thats my sun, rising, and moon.call me tvll for short hon! if youd like!IP: Logged |

I am very happy too since my sun progressed to sagittarius couple of months ago..
I am 26 deg libra so progressing to sag.feels so good after all these scorpio years.Dont get me wrong every sign has good qualities and scorpio has too,but it is a bit heavy for me.. IP: Logged |
