Well, I have Sagg on my 7th house cusp and so Pluto just left my 7th last year. I'm trying to think of a way to explain exactly what I experienced since it's such a long transit. A lot happened My 7th house is actually pretty small so it only lasted from about December 1995 until November 2006. Of course Pluto retrograded back and forth over that cusp for a while until this past year but now the big 'P' is officially in my 8th.
All of my intimate relationships during that time were hugely transformational. It's hard to say whether they will continue to be so life-changing but I can tell you that I met a lot of men with whom I had a lot of karma. And those relationships really, really changed me.
What's actually funny about the transit is that on the day it began in '95 I met someone who I fell in love with and on the last day of the transit, I met the most recent guy I fell in love with.
I also have a stationary direct Pluto conjunct asteroid Karma in my 5th house natally so it makes sense that the bulk of my transformation occured through love relationships. One of my Plutonic lessons also had to do with Neptune which is in my 7th house. Every single one of the guys I was in relationship with during Pluto in the 7th has Neptune conjunct their Ascendant or a Pisces Ascendant.
I would look to the planets and/or asteroids in your 7th house (if you have any) and that will give you an idea of the type or form that transformation will bring. Also, it's worth it to look into the ruler of your 7th house to see if Pluto will aspect it during the transit. That'll also give you an ideas of how it is likely to play out.
