Hi. I did a 6 card spread wondering about the possibility of being pregnant again. I did this because I haven't been feeling myself lately. I've been craving lots of different foods and have been really emotional. I do know for a fact that my ex and I did the deed around ov time, so this all has me wondering. Not only that but several things have been going on in my life, so I'm very unsure as to what they mean.

1st position: 3 of Swords crossed by 3 of pentacles

2nd position: 3 of Wands, crossed by Ace of Cups

3rd position: Empress, crossed by the Moon.

At first I thought with the 3 of swords that could mean a sudden break-up as I just experienced with my ex. We always break up and then get back together. With the 3 of pentacles crossing I couldn't apply it to the situation.

With the 3 of Wands, I thought well that could relate to moving to a different city because before the break-up we discussed starting over brand new. But the question was am I pregnant? THan the Ace of Cups came in picture. The ACE is definitely about new beginnings. So I start thinking wait a minute, maybe I am. But there doesn't seem to be anymore pregnancy cards.

Empress crossed by the Moon. Empress to me usually means motherhood/pregnancy but with the Moon I took it to mean I'm confused about whether I am or not?

It doesn't seem to point to a definite yes or no. What do you guys think? Thanks

If you think you are; personally I'd just go out and get an OTC pregnancy test.
Unless you just want to see if the cards will pick up on it.

That to me says you may be possibly more concerned with.."If I am pregnant? Does that make me happy or upset or confused? Or does the idea of being pregnant, excite me, scare me, or confuse me?
It also appears to be a desire to be the one in control of a/this pregnancy, to keep it, terminate, or to let him have a hand in the decisions about a it, or a child if/when born.

Fayte -- my first thought was "If I was pregnant, what would I do"? But then I changed it to "Am I"? If am I, more than likely I wouldn't go to term because I'm at a crossroads. My main focus is on my career and continuing my education so having another child wouldn't be the best decision for me. Our first child, he talked me into keeping our son and once we broke up he turned into a part-time dad. My feelings also would be happy, but I'm not ready hence the fear. I haven't taken a pg test because it's too soon to tell. I just wanted to see if the tarot would point to that.

Try doing a spread again;
but only concentrating on the specific question...
"AM I PREGNANT?"
TRY NOT TO THINK OF THE ifs and wherefores and all.
Just clear your mind and concentrate ONLY on the main question.
Also remember; if you do not want to be pregnant, and it sounds like you do not want to be;
that can affect the reading and not give the answer correctly.

Moon affecting the situation;
this does indeed verify that you did have intimate relations during your last ovulatory cycle on a peak day. You "the Empress" taken over by :moon madness/passion", and may have by the moon time power, conceived even though that was not what you really wanted.
The Empress again means you want and will have control over this if you are indeed pregnant. It appears you may be; or your fear being. Both very powerful augmenters to affect the reading outcome.
You need to lay them out again concentrating only on the question, letting go for the moment any other thoughts and concerns.

Fayte -- just wanted to show what I pulled. I did the same exact spread and asked "Am I pregnant"? I'm still stuck though.

Ace of Pentacles/Sun -- to me yes.
Judgment/4 of Wands -- tough decision to make but in the end a celebration.
King Cups/King of Swords - I couldn't figure this one out. I thought maybe a boy child who's like the king of cups and under the sign of Gemini. Yea I know stretching a bit. But if I am, I would be due towards the end of May resulting in a Gemini.

Ok...first off is you fellow a Gemini? If not, then I would say the cards are saying you are pregnant and he is due in May as a Gemini or twins.
The cards could be wrong but that is how they read to me.

No, I'm not a Gemini, I'm a Libra and the ex is a Libra.

hey Kay Libra - I wouldn't know where to start on a reading. I'll think about it. I only said "nix the reading are you pregnant or not?" because I wanted you to get a test and let us know whether you are going to have a baby or not! I've been waiting - it seems like forever - to read your feedback about this! It's only been since August 20th! PS: btw, to quote someone's text, all you have to do is highlight their text by clicking and holding your mouse button down over the text you want to copy, choose Copy (either from the Edit menu or by right-clicking on the highlighted text) and then go into the LL text-typing-reply-box type [ QUOTE ] paste your highlighted text (no spaces between the quote-tag and the beginning of your text, and no spaces inside the code brackets -- I have to leave spaces so it won't actually perform the operation ), then at the end of your highlighted text type (without a space between end of text and quote-tag) [ /QUOTE ].
