Meditation is the disciplined, mature and patient listening. Knowing that in this age of instant answers and information, real true answers may take time to receive.

You deserve to have well timed guidance...allow yourself to have it and not expect the instant gratification guidance. Allow yourself to have winter patience.

Also, look back and see if you may have already received the answers but you just didn't take it seriously because it came to easily or too quickly or in an unexpected form.

Sometimes the answer is "NO" and we don't want to accept it.

Sometimes the answer is "YES" but we think it's impossible for that to be correct so we discount it.
