Can anybody please help me with a reading?

I'm miserable in my job these days. I feel like I've been continually taken for granted and overlooked.

Initially I overworked myself because I thought good things would come from my efforts- but they didn't.

As a result, now I don't work as hard or as well. I'm disappointed in my boss for not recognising my potential and more disappointed in myself for handing in work that is below my usual standard.

Are things going to get better in there? Will they finally start offering me real challenges or do I need a career change???

Pluto is exactly on your midheaven, and 29th degree being a potent position especially transit wise...Im guessing a change in career is very possible, and likely. I think you are capable of great things if you work towards it, I think you should stick with it...my guess, is you will be rewarded for your hard work. You will come off more powerfully the next few years in your career, it all starts now, seize the moment.
