Let me see if i can interpret (using a book here):

1. The Moon:

"With Pisces as its ruling sign, the Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. The Querent who gets this card should be warned that they may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if they have any past mental problems, they must be vigilant in taking their medication. They should avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. They can and should trust their intuition."

2. The Empress:

"This card tells the Querent that if they want their new romance, new career, new business, new creation to grow into all it can be they have to pay attention to it, baby it and be willing to let it take those first steps when it is ready. Most of all, like any pregnant mother or good gardener, they have to be patient. All things need time to gestate and sprout."

"The simplest interpretation of the Empress is marriage and motherhood. As pagan bride and earth mother, the Empress signifies loving union and pregnancy. Fertility of the mind and spirit are important meanings to consider too."

3. The World (reversed):

"The World signifies inevitable change and development. When it is reversed, there is some delay before the pattern can be completed. Unfinished emotional business may be affecting your relationship. Some kind of test faces you, and you are uncertain and hesitant about doing what needs to be done. Cutting the ties to the past is the most positive thing that you can do now. For it is the past that is blocking your progress and preventing natural and positive changes from taking place in your life. Forget your fears and let go. The changes signified by the World are always happy, productive ones."

i will do a 3-card tarot spread for you, plus a "spiritual Rx" reading consisting of a Golden Angel card, a Silver Angel card, and a so-called Key card.

For the 3-card Tarot spread, I turned up the ff cards in this order: the Knight of Wands, The Empress, and The Chariot.

The Knight of Wands, when it comes up in a reading, indicates a young man in training, a man full of ideas (Wands=Air, intellect). He has passed the requisite initiation, and hence he is no longer a Page and is thus already a Knight, but he is still not a King. So he still not there yet, so to speak, but he WILL get there eventually, right? This card could refer to your Pisces guy, but this card could very well refer to YOU, too --- in the sense that you are not quite there yet, in terms of maturity and adulthood. You are still in the stage of preparation, like an actress waiting on the wings of a stage, waiting for your cue to take centerstage in life. It really spoke to me.. the descriptions of me & him rang true, and you're also right in that my heart had chosen him long ago, and I have decided to stand by him through thick & thin (as he did for me before), so I cannot be dissuaded from following that course of action! This gives me hope, that things will work out..
