Do you sleep enough at night? Not getting enough sleep will limit how productive you can be. It will also make you eat worse as you try to use food to medicate your fatigue.

Iam an enthusiastic person you hit that one well, I know theres a lesson here, i, trying to learn it.

sleeping oh i dont sleep i dream.. every nite all nite for a long time now, thats all i do dream dream i wake up so drained and thats true thats why i find suger in any form to eat to try and cope with it,
and that probably destroys my sleep hey..

Might try to eat sensable and drink water and excersise maybe i can at least change my slppeing habits.

thanks yeah i knew i had one of these, and i use to be rigid like that, I tend to try to let life flow these days, and i think because iam on my own i have to deal with the government they pull me in everyway possible and take your dignity as well.

I think i have a problem with authority and people who dont mind there own business.
although they are people whom i feel sorry for as they are naive, so at the moment im torn between gritting my teeth and yelling at them.

It would be like a animal actavast being told to be nice to animals....grrrr

The grand cross, i believe like you said we come in with these things to deal with in this life time, i just wonder why i didnt ask for one area at least that i dont have to worry about.

I think to change my life i have to change myself, im thinking it has to be with the asc i cant help look like a scorpio i have neptune place there, when people get to know me they see a carefree side that goes with the flow.
my moon is leo and when it comes to my job i like recognision and to be the boss, but i dont act like a know it all i actually like to learn from my staff also.
my home life will allways be stressfull i have sat placed there..
the laws of karma, my children whom i have allways lived for do keep me from doing what i want in this life, they are adults nowby the way. time for me to do my thing, but i get pulled back due to my own beliefs on family.
the love life though, its got me beat, i get pleanty of attention and admirers, to much actually it makes me uneasy. but no one commits to a relationship with me.
I pick uncommitted ones.. thats one thing at the moment im trying to work on.

DOes your g/friend know she has the grande cross? im sure she does in laymans terms and she just gets on with it...
i use to... now i dont want to.
and i dont like people like lana who dont know me and try to be condesending either. who do they think they are.

instead of a few really helpfull people here whom im very gratefull for ive got hyjackers here whom think they deserve a reading in my post and another thinking i dont know the meaning of the term family..
