I have signed a contract to buy a house in trust and I did not read the contract. Now financially I am not in a state to buy a house, and the builder is forcing me to buy a house otherwise he will sue me for specific performance.

My name is Seema, and the location to buy a house is in Colorado Springs. My DOB is 09/14/64.

Can anyone please put some light into it.
