Very interesting synastry! Normally synastry charts of people from two very different generations have large gaps in their aspects and some not very good outer planet aspects, but I can definitely see why you two were brought together.Here is what jumps out at me. Your Sun is conjunct his Pluto, and his sun is conjunct your Saturn and Neptune. Your ascendant opposes his Neptune, which happens to also sit on your South Node. Basically, the two Neptune connections means that both of you see each other in some romanticized way. His Neptune on your South Node means that there is a sense of familiarity there, especially on your part. You must feel in some way quite comfortable and secure around him, and may enjoy that aspect of his personality. His sun on your Saturn/Neptune, especially in the sign of Capricorn, increases this sense of security and almost a sense of potential stability, even if it does not exist currently. His Pluto and your Sun means that there is some long-lasting attraction, and he has a kind of transforming affect on you. Especially since his Sun opposes his Pluto natally, this conjunction is more of an intense feeling on his part. He may enjoy very much the changes he manifests in you. His Mars opposite your Pluto means that you also manifest some deep psychological transformation within him, but not exactly in the same way as the Sun/Pluto aspect, more that you incite some kind of transformational energy within him.
You have opposing Mercuries and your Mercury squares his Black Moon Lilith and Uranus. Communication may be a problem, especially for you. I take it this is a long distance relationship, and you might feel as if the distance affects your ability to communicate and find understanding with him. Your Mercury is also inconjunct to his moon which may add to some emotional distress on his end due to the communication problems.
His Venus is square your Black Moon Lilith. This is a pretty potent, can't-get-you-out-of-my-head aspect, probably more on the part of the BML, especially since your BML also squares his Pluto. This must be a very intense relationship for you. His Mars square your Venus creates some physical passion, and your Mars squaring each other definitely brings some energy and friction into the relationship.
Is he your Twin Self? Well, there are some clear signs here that point out to me that there is a real connection. His Vertex is on your South Node, which means that your idea of comfort and familiarity is met with his expression of revelation and life alteration. He may not fall in love with you instantly, but it will hit him in an "Oh wow!" type of way, maybe not even brought on by much except spending fun time together. His Jupiter conjunct your North Node is why I say spending fun time, because your sense of direction in life and his expression of fun and good times are in the same place. When you two are having fun together it may be quite exhilarating to you, and you may feel as if he is a key part in your future life.
His North Node is conjunct to your Chiron and opposing your Saturn...that's about as karmic as it gets. There is definitely a feel on his part like you were somehow meant to be in his life, and most definitely there is a sense that he has something or some things to learn from you. Chiron is the healer, giver, and teacher. Saturn is a bit more rigid and more of a "tough love" kind of critic. With these two bodies on his Nodes there is a feeling of support and stability, but also a feeling that you can push him to succeed and bring him forward in life.
His Saturn is trine to your Moon and Venus, which means that you may feel emotionally and romantically stable with him. His Chiron is square your Moon as well, which means that you may emotionally affected by his expression of Chiron qualities at the wrong times, but any connection between Chiron and personal planets is good for relationships regardless of the type of aspect.
This chart has plenty of karmic aspects which may make you feel like this relationship was meant to be, perhaps "against the odds." It has many indicators of a lasting, long-term stable love, which may not be very romantic by itself, but your Mars/Venus and Pluto aspects add passion which brings this relationship out of a committed, Agape-like love and into something more romantic.
Is he reliable and trustworthy? The synastry says yes, but make sure you are communicating to the best of your abilities, and do make sure that your Neptune/Sun conjunction doesn't turn around on you. You may be changing his true personality a bit by seeing him how you want to see him instead of how he really is, and once you take him off that pedestal you may feel deceived by him, when in reality you were the one deceiving yourself. Breakdown in communication may be no one's fault, but it may color your judgment of him if it's you that misunderstood something he was trying to communicate to you. Still, the Saturn aspects you two share are very strong and powerful, and it would be very difficult to find each other distrustful.
Will you two meet? You cannot really use synastry to predict events, but there isn't anything in your synastry that says he is unhappy with this relationship or deceiving you, neither is there anything in his natal chart that would suggest deception, insecurities, and putting on a front. Be sure you are tuned in to his feelings. He has Neptune square the Moon in his natal chart, so he may be unsure of his feelings and not showing you, or harboring insecurities that may cloud his judgment. You may want to open up to him more in turn, as the exchange of feelings can be mutual. If he has already agreed to meet with you, he most likely will unless something in the relationship makes him feel unstable or not trusted by you.
