I think High Priestess refers to Pisces just look at her crown attentively and you'll see the glyph of Pisces.

Yeah, Peri, the cow is closely linked with Isis, and is one of her sacred animals. The cow symbolized the mother of the pharaoh. It was linked to female fertility and to the mother of the pharaoh. Osiris was related to the bull.
