Galactic - when did you purchase the house? Do you have the specific date?

I want to say no later than January 16th, 2010 looks the best but I want to take a look at something else tomorrow, if I can. If you do sell - I believe it would be because it was publicized through the media, possibly a local newspaper, channel, etc. / ALSO I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is telling me that there could be some sort of legal issue because of inability to pay mortgage, taxes, etc. that makes the sale possible so that can be why I'm getting issues with the paperwork and/or legalities surrounding the home AND on top of that - I don't know if you and the house will want to part from one another at that time. You may consider the work you've put into it or would like to - around that time. Please let me know how it turns out. By the way - have you considered renting the house?

Thanks Luvin!

There should be no legal issues (on my side anyway...lol).

Unless I had no other option I would not rent it. Yikes. I've seen what renters do.

I actually got married and would really like to live WITH my husband. And two mortgages is a bit much.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
