I just got accepted into a graduate program and I am so torn about whether or not to do it. This would be a change in my career path. For years, I've dreamt of doing it and now that it's in front of me, I am not so sure anymore. Please help! Any kind of reading would help. If there is a way I can repay back for the troubles, let me know.IP: Logged |

The card I drew for you was The Knight of Wands. Wands being of thoughts and such, I would say this is a yes. And of course, The Knight, charging ahead on his horse= strength and determination.I must admit, and I could just be sensing your own apprehension, but I felt a little reticent with the YES answer, and my concern is this; I feel your studies will be so intensive that you may incur alot of stress. Of course graduate studies are intensive for almost every one, but are you the sort that is a bit nervous and highly strung? If so, I encourage you to make sure to take care of yourself during this awesome step forward. Eat right, rest, exercise, and be sure to include some down time in which you just have FUN! Best of luck, Gypsee. IP: Logged |

Hi, thanks for this. I am indeed a bit of a nervous person and very emotionally sensitive (comes with the territory of being a Pisces), and on top of that stubbornly proud (one of the traits of my ascendant, Leo lol). IP: Logged |

Hi mysterythink,I believe a former president once said, "There is nothing to fear except fear itself". My life is filled with obstacles and setbacks, so I find myself often pumping myself up with a statement said by some college football coach. And that is "Don't let what you can't do, keep you from doing what you can do." And to add to this, someone once said "A mind, once expanded, never returns to its original form, shape and, size." Whatever decisions you make, mysterythink, be willing to accept the consequences. Slowpoke

I didn't do a reading mysterythink but as a fellow leo ascendant (late degrees) I can understand wanting something so bad and then when you finally get the chance to get it, being a bit apprehensive about it. What else is going on in your life that is projecting itself on this graduate study? I mean - you know how sometimes we say - we want to be this strong of a person, in this type of environment, with this sort of thing, when this certain thing comes along and if that certain thing comes along and we aren't as strong of a person as we wanted to be, or in the environment we pictured we'd be in when the time came, or any of those things - we feel the need to 'prepare' somehow and that can make some of us leo ascendants a little bit nervous. I truly believe it's so that we realize we are not an island, or that we have to work in a team, use available resources, etc., etc., etc. Watch the pride and know that there is nothing that says we can't do it but that sometimes, we can actually achieve the vision we want when and if we do it with others. Ive decided to go ahead with the graduate program. The love of my life ended things with me yesterday until further notice. I have never felt so devastated in my life. This graduate program will help me stay sane. IP: Logged |

My feeling is that you should do the graduate program. That is my intuition. IP: Logged | |
