I ha a reading done as a baby about general life events. I have no idea how this guy came to his conclusions (I was a baby and my parents aren't very enthusiastic about giving me the details). It was very chilling when I was told that any new romantic relationships in the next couple of years would be "life threatening" to me.
Can anyone tell if this us true or not? It's kind of bothersome to have a death threat looming on the horizon whenever you meet someone new. I don't have any preference for how it's found out, so long as it's not something kooky like "The shadows on the walls told me when I was brushing my teeth..."
Thanks a ton to anyone who is okay with telling me

I was always taught that no reader should ever tell anyone their time of death, or even suggest that! They have no way of knowing because it's so far in the future and you would of had many, many chances to exert your own free will, and you still do.
I wouldn't put much stock into that reading at all if I were you.
Just my opinion of course!

The one thing my mother was told when someone saw something bad, was that he wished he could stop it from happening.. that she was so strong - he couldn't believe how strong she was. This was before she was involved with someone whose own mother called him a sociopath, when my mother finally spoke to her.

I don't like the way this guy said that any relationship would be dangerous. Did he give you anything to go on, that would tell you his level of accuracy?

Like I said, my parents kept pretty quiet about it and won't tell me much more than "Just some astrology and numerology calculations." Fake fortune tellers and whatnot are pretty common in India, so I can understand why this priest might not be the most trustworthy person.
Apparently this guy also predicted that I would have trouble in school from grades 3 to 7, and that came out to be completely true. I wasn't even aware of what he said, but after seventh grade everything suddenly cleared up in school. I actually understood what I was being told. I don't know whether it was the effect of that certain hypnotism that causes people to bring about bad predictions on themselves. It doesnt seem likely because only my parents knew, and they can't really inflict that outcome on me by just believing, can they?

Yeah it doesn't quite sound right, does it? It's not really the time of death that he predicted for me though, it was more like a heightened chance of death because of a certain boyfriend. It's got my mother's nerves on edge, which I don't necessarily like because she's an Aquarius, I've seen much more reasonable sides to her.

This is going to sound really strange, but I think I suspect there was something to what that man said...(wasn't expecting that either)

It's now starting to become very dangerous for you considering Pluto opposite Mercury now, and Venus from 2013 - 2016... another seemingly dangerous time will be from 2019 and forward...

This was just looking at Pluto, because Uranus will start to be an issue effecting your 5th house (relationship) sector in prior years, forming squares to your Sun in 8th...

Then Pluto will eventually start to oppose your sun in the 8th...

Pluto is forming those aspects from Capricorn in the 2nd house... DO NOT GET INTO ANY TYPE OF ARRANGED MARRIAGE... Be very aware...

Realize you may find men intensely attractive at this time, but take some advice and don't start a relationship right now... you're 15 anyways?

No one really should go into relationships during harsh pluto transits to their natal Venus placement...

Your placement happens to be in the 8th house, which makes me nervous to tell you to just "ignore" what that person said...

If you can wait until 2022... Which will make you around 27? When Pluto starts to conjunct your natal Uranus... seems like a good time to rebel and really start doing what you want then...

I know this sounds probably completely insane, but I personally FEAR pluto transits, and would not even think of being around men considering some of the transits I saw, and regarding their placements...

Granted you're 15 years old... and 2022 seems like a long time away, but if you can focus on maybe your education? A long education? Then by the time you're finished with school, you'll be out of the hot zone with these long-spanning heated transits and be less likely to have issues with them.

I am sorry I can't be more reasonable. But, I would honestly feel bad to tell you otherwise and send you ignorantly into the "war zone".

Good luck.

I am very sorry I could not debunk what that man said, and even worse, came back with more information that was crazier and more intimidating...

There are lots of astrologers around here that you might get other information from.

Thank you PlutoSquared. My hands are shaking a bit at the keys right now and I'm suddenly very cold and clammy, but it's good to know the truth. I wasn't really planning on having a relationship, my parents being strict about dating and all. It really just wasn't worth it, considering boys are kind of stupid in high school . But what you said matches my current feeling towards guys: I do find them a hell of a lot more attractive (not just hormones, huh?). *Sigh* It's a good thing I have intellectual pursuits to follow for about the next 15 years.

Oh, no arranged marriage? I see...I will somehow convince my parents.

And the man had said the same thing would start again when I'm around 30. That gives me about a 3 year time frame to get moving.

Are there any details you can get out of it? Like why arranged marriages are bad for me? Or why pluto transits are bad for relationships? Do you think I'll get erm, lucky with education?

Once again, thanks PS. I could have been dead without that info...

God bless you, and thank you for listening. I know enough of Astrology to take certain things seriously. I would feel sick telling you otherwise.

I will look up things regarding your education... I will also finely comb your chart for any additional "safety" precautions that I pick up on.

I will also give you a write up on my personal interpretations, and give you an understanding of the planets and houses so you can see for yourself and research it.

Virgo Midheaven, Grand Trine of Ascendant, Sun and Moon in Water Signs, Scorpio (12th), Cancer (8th) and Pisces (4th)…
Analytical ability, Intelligence, Service to Others and Healing are natural abilities.

You also have Chiron in 10th house. I believe this is also a sign of bringing great healing to others and also healing to yourself through your career.

Obvious fields like Medicine, or other sciences relating to serving others with your abilities of compassion and care for others… I don’t want to narrow things down so specifically to ONE thing or the other…

If you choose a profession that involves healing, analysis, and service – you will have satisfied the placements in your chart… so meditate on what you’d really like to do and see if you find yourself easily able to see how your chosen career can use your natural abilities to help others.

Natal Chart Indications (that stood out to me while looking for death aspects)
Pluto (in Scorpio in 12th house) conjunct Ascendant on the Cusp of 12th house and dark side of Ascendant…

This definitely speaks of the risk for Pluto energies being directly focused on you… Pluto energy can either manifest itself “through” you, as in you become a great healer, well-respected and powerful… OR, can indicate the danger of being hurt by violence and great cruelty – with an element of secrecy and unexpectedness.

Here’s a brief description of Pluto Energy, and what the 12th house signifies in Natal Chart:

What about Pluto's influence in the individual birth chart?

The house position of Pluto is key to understanding which area of life will enact the most dramatic transformation. It's often the area that you grasp for with the most longing, but where the attainment of your ideal vision ends up being difficult or impossible. The birth chart often points to a lifelong meditation on some issue, and no planet dogs us like Pluto does. Its potent medicine burns away what is not necessary through both our own initiated changes, and changes from external circumstances. We often have to undergo an agonizing letting go process and build faith in life itself, for miracles to occur.

Keywords:

Transformation, destruction, creation, regeneration, healing, renewal, power struggles, upheaval

What is the meaning of Pluto in Astrology?

In the birth chart, Pluto shows the area of life where you'll personally face the intense powers of creation and destruction. It's the doorway through which volatile compressed pockets of self, spirit and primal energy lies hidden, which are released either by our own efforts or by provocation from the outside world.
Pluto's energy will not be suppressed but its power is often feared. This can put you in a showdown between your greatest fears of being destroyed, and the pursuit of the deepest longing in your heart. The Ego holds to its defenses, but Pluto tries to urge you to let go, and surrender to become a new person.

Pluto rules Scorpio with its province being death and rebirth. There's a Sufi saying, "Die many times before you die," and Pluto's lessons hold out promise of emerging from the flames a new person. When chaotic events shake us at the foundations, it could be Pluto provoking change at the fundamental level. We might not think we exist without the ground beneath us, our sense of who we are, but if we're brave, we come to discover there is life after this kind of ego-death.

Pluto also governs power itself, including struggles between people and countries for domination, and of course, personal power. It shows up when perfectly capable people end up under the thumb of someone else's control. Facing down the control and manipulation of others, especially parents, can make us weak in the knees. But once we do this, we are changed forever.

You can either be at the mercy of Pluto's provocation to change, or you can take matters into your own hands. It can be humbling to look soberly at the area of life in which you feel powerless, worked over, rejected by the Universe -- but by doing this, you can try to understand and alter your own reactions. You still might be brought to your knees, but while there you'll rest assured that Pluto's dark and punishing face is that of a tough, but loving teacher, leading you toward a more authentic experience of yourself.

Let me add before continuing, just to clarify, that there's no reason you cannot have an arranged marriage after the bad time period - but, an arranged marriage DURING these years up until age 27 - would be dangerous.

So, What Do These Transits Mean?...

Pluto transits square or opposition Sun

This transit marks a major growth period in your life in which you struggle with the buried elements of your personality and ego as you learn to accept, transform, or face them. You may be acting in a controlling, jealous, or overbearing manner which can alienate others or even push them away. This comes from a deep fear of letting go and surrendering to the idea that some things cannot be directed or controlled. As this fear surfaces, your behavior may be compulsive or obsessive; or you may experience these traits through someone close to you, especially a male. Either way, you are learning to detach yourself or let go of something, someone, or attitudes that are no longer serving you well. However, the process can be lengthy and challenging. Your higher mind may know better. You may yearn to live with a "what will be, will be" attitude, but it's very difficult to do so just yet. You may feel threatened in some way, and you might feel somewhat paranoid. This can be something you experience on a subconscious or emotional level in that you are unlikely to feel physically threatened. Instead, you might fear the loss of a significant other, a lifestyle, a job, or other significant part of your life. What you need to do is avoid turning this into a self-fulfilling prophecy. The fear itself may lead you to compulsive, suspicious, or difficult behavior; and this behavior might cost you the very thing that you hold dear. You tend to act on impulse and often don't listen to reason--even your own!

Pluto transits to the Sun challenge us to face up to unexpressed or poorly expressed traits of our Sun sign, house, and aspects. We discover our own power and strength, and we re-work our very sense of identity, which invariably affects our life path. How we have defined ourselves to date is now challenged. In some cases, women live this transit through key male figures in their lives. These transits force us to confront our will, power, assertion, and authority. Sometimes, the relationship with the father or other important male figures come into focus. We face the need to be more independent, assertive, and autonomous. Perhaps most importantly, Pluto transiting our Sun puts us face to face with exactly what it is that has been holding us back from living life more fully and meaningfully.

This transit calls you to redefine your value system and life attitudes, and generates intense energy in your life. You are likely to experience events that highlight the need to trust, let go, and have faith. You may have to deal with willfulness and issues of power and competition this year--in others and in yourself. There is an inner drama taking place, and a feeling that external circumstances are undermining your own feeling of powerfulness. In the process, you may be able to get in touch with your internal motivations. A tendency to want to control your life through some form of manipulation is strong during this influence. You may act in a more selfish or ambitious manner, and this intensity might even surprise you. Meeting with obstacles in your path, however, can force you into the position of using all of your resources to fight back, and you can discover resources you never knew you had in the process.

You are likely to emerge from this cycle perhaps feeling a little battered but certainly more in touch with your deeper needs. You may have learned to stand up for yourself or to have faith in your strength. You most likely have experienced some form of psychological transformation or rebirth of sorts

Just one of many sources: http://www.cafeastrology.com/plutotransits.html

Pluto Opposite Venus Transit

Pluto transits square or opposition Venus

This major transit challenges you to find meaning in your life through romantic connections and partnerships. You now must uncover a new layer or level to your life -- one that goes more deeply than you have heretofore experienced. Sometimes this transit is associated with divorce or separation, and sometimes new relationships begin. Other times, the attitude towards partnership undergoes a major transformation. You may become quite obsessed with your commitments and partner during this time, or you may experience Pluto through your partner. Especially males with this transit may encounter Pluto themes through a female. Manipulative and controlling behaviors may be displayed or experienced through partners. You must be especially wary of resisting change and holding onto negative attachments. This transit may be a signal that it is time to let go of destructive attachments and connections, and resisting this process is likely to do more harm than good. Relationships begun at this time may be very complicated and ultimately challenging, so be careful to think before making drastic changes in your relationships at this time. There may be some problems with money during this transit. Poor spending decisions made to date may come to a head and you may need to face up to their reality. By the end of the transit, you should have a renewed sense of worth, although getting to that point may not be entirely pleasant.

~Your desire for love and its physical expression is strong, but you may not find it easy to express this need. A more compulsive or obsessive quality marks your relationships and, instead of looking for someone whose values are similar to or compatible with your own, you may attract someone whose values clash with yours. There is the possibility of attracting a member of the underworld set, someone who is already attached or someone who is looking only for sex, rather than a person capable of making both the sacrifices and the commitment you deem necessary. Keep your standards high now, so you can come upon a love which fulfills alt your needs. If you aren't already in love, you may be tempted to start a relationship with anyone just so you won't be alone. Avoid this; aim for an attachment based on love, trust, and a genuine relationship which will deepen, not disintegrate, with time. -- Sample from the http://www.cafeastrology.com/plutotransits.html

Pluto Opposite Mercury Transit

Pluto opposition Mercury
The energy of the opposition aspect creates considerable inner pressure and tension, mentally and emotionally, and can be difficult to deal with constructively, as a considerable inner change is required before the energy can come under the control of an integrated personality.

Due to the inner agitation and anxiety, your perception of the world and your feelings response to events will be strongly coloured by its activity. This is not necessarily to imply that your interpretation is wrong, but that your experience of it will affect you more deeply and influentially than it would most other people, who could possibly give it more sense of proportion than you can. Basically, the tone of your insight will be pessimistic and essentially depressive, and you wlil see the world as a place where disorder, pain and problems are rapidly multiplying. Social problems feel personal and real to you, even if your own circumstances do not bring you into personal contact with them. Your sensitivity (or inner receptivity) leads you to see a world in crisis, makes you feel responsible for its problems, and offers little way out for you unless you become involved in efforts to improve matters. It is a 'social conscience writ large and painfully'. The frustrating thing for you is that however effective you are, so much work still needs to be done in the world. You have to accept the fact that you cannot change anything, and that your role is to make your own contribution but not everyone else's.

This sense of impatience in life creates a corresponding vibration in you that expresses itself as a brusque harshness in relating to others. The contradiction is that whilst you intend to imrpove life and bring harmony into people's relationships, you often create the opposite reaction to your purpose. An interrogatory style in talking to others will create distance; and under pressure of your 'mission' you often lose sight of co-operative relationship with others. You need to learn more compromise and moderation, paying equal attention to the needs and feelings of co-workers or partners. Gain a truer perspective on the conditions of time, and the slowness of change in the world, and this can help to moderate your impatience at social transformation; it is a long, slow grind against inertia and resistance, often even from those you believe you are helping.

You have high ideals, yet are often lacking in self-confidence over your ability to express them or live up to them; generally, no one can live up to high ideals, so relax a little, create a little space between you and this inner obsession, and devote more time to internalising this energy to transform yourself. What you are is of the highest importance; and by embodying your ideal more fully in yourself, you will be more of a living demonstration of your purpose, and more effective.

It is a difficult tension to live with, this feeling of interrelatedness with the world, a sense of responsibility and direction that you are 'summoned' to give aid to lighten the burden. You have to lighten your own burden first, which will improve the quality of your own life immensely, and bring clarity and perspective into things

Uranus Square Mercury

This can be an extremely confusing transit, because new information and data may come at you very rapidly. It may be very difficult to make intelligent decisions on most matters. If you have to make a decision, but your attitude toward the matter is not calm and cool, try to put it aside until your feelings are sorted out. This may be more difficult than it looks, because often under this transit people are tempted to make rash, impulsive decisions. Business transactions are also difficult now because of this tendency. However it is possible to handle transactions in scientific or technological fields, especially electronics. These fit the symbolism of the transit and may not be so difficult. But even under the best of circumstances, be careful!

A negative effect of this transit can be that you will feel extremely nervous and tense, because of the fast tempo of events. This transit may signify nervous ailments, if you have a natural tendency in that direction.

Traveling under this transit may be quite disruptive. No matter how carefully you make your plans, your trip will not work out as planned, and you may be forced to travel at the most inconvenient times. Unfortunately there is also the danger of accidents, so traveling should be kept to a minimum.

One important psychological manifestation of this transit is that your ideas and opinions are likely to be strongly challenged by others. Your beliefs may very well be right, but the universe will force you to examine them so that you know for certain whether they are. You may be attracted to radically different ways of thinking, which can also provoke opposition from others at this time. This will affect your professional life in particular. If you express your opinions strongly in any area, be sure that you are in a position to defend them. But even if you are right, avoid stating your position dogmatically. Try to understand others' points of view, for you may learn from them. Even though Uranus generates radical, new ideas, it can be dogmatic in its expression of them.

Uranus Square Sun

Uranus transits square Sun

You may have to control an urge to rebel and be different that could set your ambitions and goals back a step. An inner struggle between your sense of purpose or direction and a need for independence and freedom makes this a possibly tense time.

Unexpected changes, upheavals, surprises, reversals, discontentment, and a break from the safe and predictable characterize this time period. You may make a long overdue move away from outgrown and/or oppressive conditions, acting on a need for new life and new aliveness with very little in the way of guarantees or security. Or you may feel your life is fine and circumstances in the world around you becomes unstable, insecure, unpredictable, or topsy-turvy. The pace of your life is accelerating, and some changes may be forced upon you.

Positive Potentials:

Excitement, electric aliveness, inspiration, and life-supporting change. Wild and out-of-the-blue opportunities. Letting go of old conditioning; freedom, liberation, and awakening.

Negative Potentials:

Rhythms and internal balance can be disrupted (including heart rhythms), especially if you are trying to either resist the impulses toward change or trying to absorb too much change all at once. Impersonal, collective, or group forces seem to be working against your personal best interests.

With square aspects, the tendency is for the individual to 'side' with one of the planets, and to partly reject and project the characteristics of the other planet onto other people. It is likely that the more dominating Uranian energy will condition you to the detriment of the Venus feeling nature.

This will be revealed in your insistence upon being emotionally free, and in your reluctance to commit yourself to any single relationship and share in any responsibility arising from that. Part of this wariness is derived from your awareness of a basically promiscuous attitude (whether practised or not), and that often compulsive fascination that can sweep you away on the tids of sudden intense affairs. It is an innate curiosity that tempts you towards those individuals who appear to offer a mystery, something unusual in their life; and you feel the desire to discover and explore their secrets. This does not always lead you into favourable situations, and often can create extra problems in your life; yet you cannot resist the lure of excitement. Once you have uncovered that particular secret, your interest may quickly decline, and you consider yourself to be open to the next fascination that comes along.

You will be socially active, searching for novelty, new people, and new interests, and will be especially attracted towards unconventional or artistically orientated groups. You have a natural reaction against convention and social traditions, often dismissing their validity in a quite flippant manner. You tend to see a mainstream, socially acceptable lifestyle as one to be avoided at all costs, and can have a low opinion of those who live that way. To you, it is a denial of individuality to submit to the social consensus, and you consider it important to promote the image of being different. Sometimes you can rebel for the sake of rebellion, to support a less mature image towards which you aspire. You rarely analyse your anti-tradition stance in clear intellectual terms, or express it in the form of a reasoned reaction against certain aspects of society; it is more of an instinctual reaction.

You find it hard to maintain intimate relationships, even when interested in doing so, because part of you is running away from accepting and giving love. Love makes you feel uneasy; you fear that it will inhibit your freedom; and your emotions tend to be repressed to some degree. In extreme cases, the emotions can be almost rigid with inhibition, with a fear of acknowledging and releasing them. Often you experience your affairs or relationships as superficially as possible, enabling you to fly like a butterfly to the next temporary stopping-place. Perseverance is not your strongest asset; and when situations arise requiring self-discipline in order to achieve personal aims, or to maintain a relationship through a difficult phase, you often display that lack of commitment, preferring the excitement of the unknown. You are emotionally fickle, and with that feeling of restless irritation on that level, you may attempt to ignore its presence as much as possible, choosing physical excitement and mental curiosity as your prime directions to follow. As Uranus will distort that feeling nature over time, perverse feelings may begin to form as a kind of twisted inner compensation for an emotional denial. This can lead to unusual and varied sexual behaviour, or the desire to experiment.

In several ways, you probably need to reclaim that Venus feeling part of your nature. Those emotions need to be released, to have freedom to breathe properly and to circulate through you. You have to feel those emotions, allow them to penetrate your inner depths, instead of limiting their emergence. Otherwise, over time, they will begin to poison you, affecting any relationships in a negative manner and ensuring that none truly satisfies. Being willing to open to vulnerability in your relationships is essential; to risk being hurt is a chance to take, but can lead to a greater maturation and understanding of the transformative and healing qualities that intimacy can offer.

My Interpretation:

With Pluto in 2nd house, this could signify a marriage based on an arrangement or planned out financially beforehand....

This would be detrimental to the Venus placement. Marriage during the years following 2013 will be hazardous.

Uranus also forms Squares from the 5th house of sexuality and children to the Venus placement during these times as well, COMPOUNDING the effects of the PLUTO transit.

This is what "convinced" me that the prior astrologer had seen something of importance.

That said, I suspected with just the Pluto transits alone that there was a reason to be alert and cautious. Pluto packs a punch, so to speak.

After looking at the transits, it seems clear to me that you will be able to pursue other avenues of expression, and education, with positive reinforcement from the transits. However, there will be many times where you wish you could just break free and do what you want...

Remember that the energy of these transits will be around you, and that you should wait until the latter part of 2022 to start making moves towards marriage.

You are completely clear of further harm from Pluto or Uranus transits at that time...

Additional Notes:

Please do not go out by yourself to "party". Always take a female friend, or go with trusted friends. Never take your safety for granted.

Disclaimer: I am not a professional astrolger, and there is always the possibility of "error" in my analysis of your chart. However, with that said, it is of my opinion that you heed the warning of your 1st astrologer and follow his advice, because from what I see in these transits, it is quite possible for you to meet up with conflict inside of your romantic relationships.

What do the terms of "opposition" and "square" mean, and how are they relevant to your reading?

They are formed angles to your natal planets, and they are both stressful aspects...

The Opposition Aspect in Astrology

Opposition aspects in astrology are about balancing the tension between two equal, yet opposite forces, and then productively harnessing the energy of both. Opposing planets are directly opposite from each other on an astrological chart. The zodiac signs that these planets fall within are complimentary by nature. An air sign is always opposite of a fire sign; an earth sign always sits across from a water sign. As fire requires air to exist, and earth needs water to thrive, the nature of these relationships is ultimately necessary, and once mastered, beneficial.

As opposition planetary aspects create a sort of stress and tension, they can be difficult to deal with. This tension can lead to a movement back and forth between extremes, internal confusion, and indecision. An individual may consciously acknowledge and favor one side, but be in complete denial of the other. In this case, that planet's energy will continue to manifest in one's life, creating an opposing pressure. Many people fall victim to this energy, not realizing that it is an essential part of themselves that needs to be accepted; a missing piece that can help transcend the reoccurring problem, and create the whole person.

Square Astrological Aspects

While the opposition aspect in astrology has to do with a tension between compatible elements, a square involves incompatible elements. This type of stress may be undesirable, but it is a powerful impetus for action and change. If unable to handle, too many aspects of this nature can make life extremely difficult.

A planet that square's another planet has a completely different agenda and direction, making compromise and resolution more difficult to attain than simply having awareness and acceptance. The way to come to terms with square relationships is to act. In fact, the huge amount of energy involved in the tension between two opposing and incompatible forces, needs to be expressed in forward action to prevent self-destructiveness. When utilized properly, these challenging planetary aspects can yield a strong will and character.

Please feel free to ask additional questions.

Remember that any information I told you, you are capable of discovering yourself with the study of Western Astrology - likely, Vedic Astrology, as well!!!

I would advise you to educate yourself on astrology, so that you can keep yourself informed as you go through these transits.

Again, I am sorry I could not give you a more positive analysis of your chart.

Good Luck to You!

I can't thank you enough PlutoSquared

quote:
God bless you...

No, God bless you for finding all this information on my chart for me

But the astrologer had also said that this would start again when I'm 30. Do you think that's true? Or is it completely clear after 2022?

quote:
Again, I am sorry I could not give you a more positive analysis of your chart.

Naw, I probably picked this out for myself at some point in time, no need to apologize. It's funny how I would watch others go through an emotionally rough time and be glad I was safe. Only now it's happening to me. This'll be interesting

I didn't see anything that would imply violence in your chart from 2022 onwards... and I looked for a solid 10 years.

The only thing that is definite after 2022 is that you will definitely move away from home

Uranus WILL oppose your Ascendant and your natal Pluto at some point before or after 30, but I don't think this is a "death" aspect... I think it will be a transformation of you, rather than life threatening...

A time where you really find yourself and break free.

This transit does not last long, either.

I don't feel there is anything to worry about after the the latter part of 2022.
